Very disappointing. We decided to have Birger King one evening , now I remember why we stopped going there. We had ordered a Whopper with cheese no pickles or tomatoes and an original chicken sandwich with mayo only, with onion rings. Whopper had pickles and tomatoes on it, onion rings were iced cold, and if you would think that could be the worst, it wasn't, the chicken sandwich wasn't eatable, can't believe they even served it. It was covered with lettuce and the bun was black, completely burned. Can't believe they would even serve such an item. Very disappointed, will not be back. read more

Ordered 3 impossible whoppers take out - 1st burger was ok - 2nd burger was uncooked! I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Scott and he said that it is impossible because all 3 were cooked at the same time. He was rude and defensive and would not listen to me and asked me to come in. He should have apologized for the bad food and issued me a credit instead he argued with me. Woman manager is rude. Talks rude to employees in front of customers. She's even rude to customers and yelled at me that she couldn't hear me. Lady if you're that miserable at this job leave. Won't use this location ever again. They get orders wrong and you always have to pull out front and wait 10 minutes for the food to come out after ordering. We had baseball practice so I we went to the drive-thru because it was 7.30pm and the kids were hungry. Our total came to $19.44. Food was fine. Noticed in my bank this morning they took out $19.44 and $34.27, called the manager and she said dispute it with your bank. She was so rude! I wonder how many people they do this too that go unnoticed. I contacted corporate and they offered a $10 gift card! I am reporting them for fraud! read more

The Staff was rude in this establishment, I'd rather of given 0 stars but I couldn't, I like to think I am not an asshole when I go into establishments very nice, The young girl taking my order was fine, Disinterested but not rude so in my book It's fast food job that's alright I expect that, The Manager being ignorant to me when I tried to use my coupon (not expired for anyone wondering I checked) is another thing, Telling me it's not going to work and I said can I try it and wouldn't even let the girl at the register try to use the coupon and mumbling about me under my breathe when I'm still standing there. I'm done with this place. They routinely take your order and the expeditor will tell you that they are working on your burger and to pull around the other side and they will bring it out. AND IT WAS COLD! First, this is a BURGER place. There should be no need to wait on a burger. Second, they do this to falsify wit times on the computer. The computer is cleared in 2 minutes but in actuality the food was not delivered for 10 minutes. Disgusted! Save your time and money and buy a pack of ground beef and make it yourself. read more

I don't know wtf is wrong with these people. I gave them another try after a bad experience and got screwed again. I drove through for 3 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 orders of fries. I specifically asked them PLEASE make all the food "out of fryer " meaning made fresh. They even put it on their receipt. they told me to drive around and they would bring it out. when they brought the bag out the fries were hot but when I got home the 3 orders of nuggets on the bottom were dark brown and literally cold. I guess when they are selling them for $1.49 per order you get what you get. I will stick with McDonald's. Btw ask for napkins and condiments because they didn't put any in the bag. y read more

I go here almost too much and it's the #1 place I eat out at. Food is usually nice and hot, sometimes just got done cooking :) The staff is nice and accuracy of the order is usually spot on! They also always have the latest "trending item," whether it be jalapeño chicken fries, or the latest mac n cheetos, so I'm never missing out and needing to drive to another BK to get what I want! read more

Too bad we had to give this place any stars. We saw the low ratings on Yelp but needed to grab lunch fast so we figured BK was a safe bet. How bad can it be- it's a national chain? OMG- 1 star is generous! The stupid girl taking our orders got them all wrong, then argued about it. She also had a blank stare like she wasn't playing with a full deck. People who are that low in intelligence shouldn't have customer facing jobs. However well-meaning, they are bad for business when they offer poor customer service. When we got home part of our order was missing but we wouldn't want to go back there ever. The fries were hot and tasty but the burgers and chicken were cold. I went here on 01/11/18 and ordered 2 whoppers to go. I get home and what a big disappointment! The whoppers looked like they were thrown together by a 2 year old. The ingredients were thrown on the bun and the bun was smashed by fingers. You could see the pinch marks on it. I tried to fill out the survey from the receipt however those numbers were missing.
