Waited over half an hour when there were only 7 people in the dining room. The manager came out because one of the 3 men that came in AFTER us was complaining he was waiting too long. We still go to Taco Bell every once in awhile , and it's still a hit or miss. There are times we are missing items or we get items we didn't order and don't get what we ordered. Place is pretty busy, but my boys enjoy the drive thru, haven't been inside since before the pandemic, not sure how it's looked.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito from Taco Bell's drive-through in Brodheadsville. When I received it, it was completely smashed and beef was seeping out of the top of my burrito. This was all after they tried to charge me $35 dollars for not even 20 dollars worth of food. Waste of money. read more

This Taco Bell/KFC seems to always have problems prior to covid and continues to have them. Comparing it to stroudsburg, bartonsville and price township would be unfair. These theee Taco Bell's have remained high quality and do a great job fulfilling orders the way the food is suppose to be made. The Briadheadsville Taco Bell is on another planet. Everyone is upwelling g steak now, but to get home and unwrap a taco that costs $4.00 a piece to find it partially filled and each one missing something g the other has is really sloppy and disappointing. Every single time I go there they mess up my order. I got totally different sides than I ordered , I got original recipe instead of crispy. Imagine picking up a soaked newspaper. That was the Crunchwrap supreme. No crunch. Nacho taco was soggy and totally stuck to the paper holder. So kind of just scraped it out in chunks into my mouth. Also no crunch obviously. Was given only 3 sauce packets to hide the taste of the garbage I paid for. Tomatoes on everything were almost white, were they even tomatoes? We will never know. This place is very clean and well-kept. The staff is always friendly. However they always get the order wrong. Every time, without fail. Either they'll replace something we ordered with something we didn't, probably from someone else's order, or they'll forget to give us something we did order and already paid for. This means we need to check every order for every item every time we come here, which is difficult because we usually take everything to go, and we don't notice until we get home. This happens every time. Otherwise, the place is great, and the fact that it's coupled up with a KFC means there is a huge selection. On 07/12/17 ordered 6 Taco Supremes, 2 Beef Burrito Supremes, 2 Refried bean sides to go from Taco Bell Brodheadsville, PA #H495018. Arrived at home 5 minutes later to have dinner with my wife. 1. The Tacos were cold, taco meat was cold. 2. The burrito's were not folded correctly and were cold, the beans inside was runny. 3. The refried beans were lukewarm and runny! No cheese on top, it was more like soup. This is not the first time I received cold meat Tacos from this Taco Bell, I think they freeze the lettuce and tomatoes and put them on lukewarm meat Tacos and Burritos. The refried beans were disgusting, but the rest salvageable with microwave. read more

This is my daughters favorite place. It's nice because they have KFC as well so plenty up pick from. Service is quick as well.
