I've been coming to this Subway for years and today is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review. Why? Because, well, Subway is just Subway. Today I want to write about the service I received. It's been a long day and I wasn't feeling my 100% best. Was dragging just a little. Anyway, I had the pleasure of being served by Nick, who later I found out is the store manager. Nick's demeanor and overall attitude is like a breath of fresh air. He is SO nice!!!! He treated me the way EVERY Subway and fast food person should treat their customer - like they matter. This is a 5 minute walk from work and It is always clean , ingredients fresh and usually an open table I can hibernate at since I take a late lunch. My go to is a Spicy Italian on whole grain flatbread: easy mayo, spinach, tomato & peppers. Always tasty and satisfying. My backup is a toasted tuna on flatbread, Swiss cheese and red onion. Basic, yet filling. It's a chain, so you know what to expect. As with any chain, the inconsistency is always staff. Unfortunately in this business there is always turnover. Some shifts the staff is on it, and some-not so much. Don't get me wrong, I have never been there-even when busy, that the line was crawling because of inefficient movement. I called the store and they gave me the run around and never made any accommodation or even apologize. Nothing really special at this Subway in terms of food or menu choices. What they do have special is an employee by the name of Leegrand. Every time I go into this location my day is made when he happens to be working. He is always very friendly, seems truly happy to be at his job, and his attitude is infectious. You just leave happier and you get a true sense of a genuine temperament, not a put on act for show. I run a near by business and if his boss isn't careful I may pouch him for my store as his genuine customer service is something that is truly rare and valuable to a business. Not many people can influence people to return strictly off their attitude. To the owner of this location, I would take care of this guy and I hope you understand what you have. read more

I've been coming to this subway for quite a long time. It's close by where I live so anytime I need to get something to eat I can just walk over here. Now I've seen quite a few people who work here. I've seen people come and go, but by far the best person that works here is Nick. One day I came in and he was happy to take my order he had a smile on his face and made me feel welcomed. A few weeks later I came back and he was there again and he remembered me. And now every time I go he's always there with a smile on his face and just makes my day better. Best Subway we have ever been to. We went in as a large group and Laura and Mayra were so patient with us. They got our huge order perfectly and they were so extremely nice to us. They are so professional and simple a pleasure to deal with. The people who own this Subway are so blessed to have 2 such amazing people working for them. I visit this location quite often because I work maybe half a mile away. I have lunch here at least once a week. I love this place. This is one of the only subways that offers a frequent buyers car and also a free cookie with a student ID. I mean who could beat that. They also are very very friendly and if there is something that you want and they may not have it readily available they will run in the back and get it for you. Unlike some of the other locations I've been to that will just say "oh, I am sorry, we are out of that for today!" I can't remember her name but there is a young lady that works there (tall young lady) and she's always so good to me. She knows exactly what I want when I arrive and she starts making it with a smile. I love this location and recommend it to anyone that loves subway read more

I been to this subway many times. The owners are from a different country were there usto not using the A/C. It hotter inside the restaurant than it is outside. Owners refuse to turn on the A/C. Im not a big fan of this store due to the bad experiences ive had in the past with poor customer service, but yesterday i took a chance and ventured over for a sandwich. There was an employee there by the name of Christina. Very sweet young lady, greeted me when i came in, and finished with the customer she was helping. While she was helping me, she asked how my day was and was very polite. Not only did she make a great sandwich, but she made me change my mind about this place. I went in on July 26th to get a turkey, guacamole 6 inch, spent $6.50 only to not have no white bread available BUT the guacamole was made with jalapeno sauce and it ruined the sandwich, completely. I threw the sandwich away, called the store on July 27th only to have just a message taken, with a promise for a return call, which I have yet to recieve, so at this time I would not recommend this SUBWAY............. as I was hoping to get that sandwich replaced. I like the food here. Its fresh and the quality is really good. The subway is really clean and i usually come here for lunch break.

The service is wasn't too friendly but it was average. I don't mind but they ask you all the questions you need in order to get the sandwich you want.
