I gave the Driver the incorrect sub and asked if he brought me a refund. His response, "they didn't give me any money for that." I call the Store and speak to the Manager. I asked about a refund since my 30 minute lunch was over forever ago. His response, "well, I can't refund you and be out the 2 subs." "We replaced it, that should be good enough." So...think about that for a moment. If I've ever been somewhere and it was wrong, it was replaced and I was credited as an apology. The REPLACEMENT is not the apology. I will never eat there again.
