I'll preface this review by saying that it's about a specific sandwich artist and not the quality of the food or service I've received from other employees. Most of the employees here are super nice and friendly. My sandwich or salad is always bursting at the seams. There is an employee named Raquel, however, makes my experience uncomfortable every single time. I made a comment in 2021 asking about why a certain cheese costs so much at subway and she was rude about it so I asked if we could just make the sandwiches without any additional conversation. That's where it ended for me. I was ready to move on until she kept throwing words at me saying that customers think they are above employees. In that moment it was clear that she was having a bad day so I apologized for any part my words had to make her react so viscerally. Fast forward to present day, whenever she seems me she hands me off to someone else. One time I had to wait for someone to finish their break in order to have service because she just didn't want to serve. Yesterday, 09/10/2024 I went in to pick up a digital order my husband placed and was surprised she acknowledged me when she heard the door open. I though "woah, we are turning a corner" but as soon as she saw it was me she walked away and said to her coworker "nope, I'm not serving her. You go. Nope. Nope. Nope" and she nodded her head three times. Her coworker, Selene, was super nice and even gave me the managers name so I'll be calling for sure. I might have to find another subway after this because this chick is trying to humiliate me for her own sense of self worth and I'm not going to play into it. read more

I ordered the Black Forest ham footlong sandwich which was good, as usual. But, I tried the footlong churro thing they call a cinnamon bun roll or something and it wasn't good. It wasn't cooked all the way and too gooey on the inside and barely any cinnamon or flavor on the outside. My stomach feels very queazy after eating that. I don't recommend it. read more

This Subway sandwich establishment is located in a small strip mall between an ATT store and Starbucks. It's a fairly small restaurant with a few tables and the requisite subway sandwich station. Rana was a nice sandwich maker. I think the brusque feeling one may get from the service here is mainly due to an unfamiliarity with the English language so I'm usually nonjudgmental about this. They seem to be adding sandwich variations such as Steak and Club sandwiches. It's not a busy location so you can usually order right away. It's located conveniently about a block south of the metro as well. My only little complaint is that it feels rather warm inside so I probably wouldn't dine there. When I asked the lady why the tuna isn't even enough to cover the bread, she got the tiny scoop, spreaded the tuna, and then gave me a death stare. I let her finish and then walked out. Linda, the employee has the worst fucking attitude in the world. She made me uncomfortable, I almost didn't want to pay for my sub. I've been here a handful of times and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I had my usual Black Forest ham on wheat and it was perfection. The store is clean but very small, not much different from any other subway I've been too. Beware of the arrogant sanguchera! There is often an Indian couple and a Latina behind the counter at this shop. The Latina has the WORST attitude ever. She is arrogant and acts as if she's buying instead of working. She acts as if she's giving sandwiches out for free and you are Oliver Twist asking for mo'. I've always had an amazing service every time I walk in. Been a regular for a while now maybe 5 months and my orders have always been done correctly. Sure sometimes there is the occasional mixup but hey nobody is prefect. Currently where they stand now, they're a fine good staff and I enjoy seeing them every time I pop in. DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE!!! We ordered 9 sandwiches and took our time making sure every order was correct. NOT ONE OF THE SANDWICHES WAS RIGHT!! We placed the order 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance and also made sure to place the order early in the day so we would not be scheduling a large order during the peak lunch time. All of the sandwiches had only lettuce but no other vegetables or even correct condiments. One had the incorrect meat. Very disappointed and we will make sure to visit a different location and will not trust online ordering in the future. SPECIAL NEEDS DISCRIMINATION OCT 5 3PM ish: My son is a 3 year old autistic. Not many people know what that means so when I go about telling people I simply say, he's special needs. Autism is a congestive disability in our case. While My husband was about to pay for the meal my son suddenly needed to use the bathroom. He is unable to understand that he needs to "try and hold it in." The most he can do is about 2 minutes. There were two people at the register, a young man and an older woman. I've never had a problem explaining to people that my son is special needs and that he needs to use a bathroom right away when he asks me. (I have this issue at school also, it really sucks) Literally, any other restaurant I can think of, they have all been understanding. Even if it means he my son uses the employ bathroom, people are very understanding. Except for this place. I asked the young man if my son could use the bathroom and he looked tempted to say yes but he asked the older woman cashier. She looked at me with absolutely no sympathy, took one look at my son and said, NO. She obviously dose not understand what autism is. I tied to ask her and again and again I said, but he's special needs he can't hold his Pee? Again , No. My husband stepped in this time and said, it's ok just go hurry somewhere else. If it wasn't for him I don't know how I would have reacted. Before I left to go use look for another bathroom I said to my husband I was going to leave a Yelp review. I promise you I said this to my husband. I didn't yell this out. I simply responded to him telling me to look for another bathroom. She literally changed her mind at that same second I said that. She only said we could use the employee bathroom because I had commented that to my husband. I didn't even mean to say it loud enough for her to hear. If anyone is reading would you still want to use it? I didn't, I felt awful. My husband being the gentleman he is still paid for the food. He made no negative comments and told her, no, it's ok, she will go somewhere else. Paid for the food, sat down and waited for me to come back from another bathroom. I went to a next door nail salon called Pearly Nail Spa (if you want to verify this review, I left another review on their page) and they so sweetly let us use the employee bathroom there. I didn't have to over explain or convince them. All I said to them was, my son is special needs can he use your bathroom? The lead me yo the bathroom right away no questions asked. No unnecessary observations to my child. I couldn't thank them more for that but unfortunately, my son didn't make it and had already peed himself. It was such a sad and embarrassing moment for my family. This situation at the subway happened in front of so many other customers. No one stood up for us. We came here today for lunch and when we first walked in it was freezing!! They had all their fan's running, it was not necessary, it was cold outside. They have a new type of bread, a 9 grain omega 3 wheat type bread. That is what I ordered, I asked for the 9 grain bread, then she said which kind...oh yeah, they have two types of 9 grain bread, no biggie the omega 3 kind. I got tuna with provolone and lots of veggie toppings. It was pretty tasty, the toppings on the bread were really crunchy and kinda hurt the top of my mouth when I bit down but otherwise the taste was good. Then another lady came in and ordered a sandwich on the 9 grain bread...the guy asked which one and she said, oh, the omega 3 kind, and he spouts off saying "I don't know why people keep calling it the 9 grain bread! that is not the name of it!" ummmmmmmm...READ THE SIGN!! This is the only Subway I've ever walked into that didn't have that familiar fresh baked bread aroma. Instead, it smelled like cigarettes...cigarettes on a person who hasn't changed their clothes in many days. It was so weird cuz how does that smell get inside the restaurant? Never going to go back to this branch! Staff and the owner was so rude. There's no even good parking. Two lady workers are always there in the counter. Second time we got there, we got really bad service. The lady worker even argued with us in a bad manner. This is not how you should treat your customers! She's tall, middle-aged woman and has black hair that is always in a ponytail. She has a really bad attitude. Her co-worker is a small woman with black hair and glasses on. She doesn't seem to know what she's doing on how to handle a Subway sandwich based on our experience. We just kept our voice low and tried to understand what the lady worker was saying in our concern about our sandwich. (It looked like we were the ones working there because we know how to conversate in a nice way.) We even called the customer care service of Subway and they referred our call to the owner of the branch. The owner seems to not know how to handle suggestions and concerns of their customers.
