We grabbed the last one by 11 AM and you could immediately tell why it sold out -- fresh, flaky, and delicious without even heating it up. That's real bakery quality right there. They also have a full breakfast menu and hot lunch options if you need something more substantial before a long day in the park. But what truly makes this place special is Ernie himself -- warm, present, attentive, and clearly proud of what he's built. You can feel the ownership in every interaction.
