We had our brakes replaced here in April, and after only about 8,000 miles, the bolts on the brake calipers came loose and eventually fell out -- causing serious damage to the entire front side of our vehicle. Rather than taking ownership or even acknowledging the possibility of error, the shop refused to accept any responsibility. We trusted them to do quality work, but not only were the bolts not properly tightened, their response afterward showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We're now left paying a large repair bill at another shop to correct a rookie mistake that should never have happened. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service all around.

They handle it all--and they do it right. What sets this shop apart is their upfront honesty and thorough service. No upselling, no surprises--just clear explanations and solid work. They take the time to walk through what's needed and why, and I always leave feeling confident in the repairs. Beyond the technical side, they're just good people--friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing right by their customers. It's rare to find a mechanic you can trust across multiple vehicles and services, but this team delivers every time. Highly recommend if you value reliability, transparency, and great service from bumper to bumper.

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. One visit I waited on my car, and in doing so, couldn't help overhearing some of the calls made by the young lady in the office. I observed the Autoworks Colorado technicians working together, consulting one another on correct diagnoses, and OFTEN coming in from the shop with better than estimated repair assessments on many of the customers' vehicles. And subsequently, the young lady placed the calls to the customers, informing them of the better than expected repairs and prices. As I sat there I thought to myself, "I have never been to any repair facility where I heard the guys lower a repair bill, let alone contact the customer and pass along any savings." That kind of integrity is so very rare today, and not remembering if I acknowledged it last time I was there, I wanted to make sure I acknowledge it this go around. Autoworks Colorado is one of the most organized, conscientious, honest, and caring team of people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The shop is always neat and clean. The techs always smiling and engaging with the customers, office staff are so pleasant to discuss business with, and Mark, the owner who is always on-site and hands on, is always courteous and helpful when I have had the pleasure of interacting with him. Making the assumption that he has the final word in picking members of the Autoworks Colorado family, he has most definitely assembled a very talented team of the highest caliber. They all are GENUINELY wonderful people, caring about each and every outcome, and together form a fantastic company to do business with. Autoworks Colorado staff's efforts, proficiency, and caliber are greatly appreciated. It is a very difficult business to be in when dealing with someone's problem, which is obviously what a repair shop does.
