I remember the cuts being thicker I remember the sugar and spice glaze being over the whole ham not just on a portion of the top. They seem to never have delivery drivers available even though the app allows you to place an order…read morefor delivery. I usually don't find out that they are unable to deliver until after I call them 30 minutes later to ask where my "freaky fast" order is. Then they explain that there is no driver working and ask if I'd like a refund. They should 1) turn off the delivery option on their app if no driver is available and 2) contact the customer immediately after they see the order come through instead of waiting on me to call to ask why I haven't yet received my order. They always say they'll process a refund but I usually have to contact corporate a week later when the charges still haven't been credited back to my account. Their prices are also getting ridiculous. The last order I placed for a ham and cheese sub and a small bag of chips was $17.33. Literally just ham, cheese and mayo. Take my advice and just order from Jersey Mike's. The food is much better and I've never had a service issue.

There was a girl outside the store banging on the window and motioning to her cigarette. I then saw three female workers walk out the side door one by one. They all shared the cigarette while me and the growing line of people behind are getting impatient. No one expects firehouse to be rapid fast, but this whole exchange took 30 minutes. The chicken was cold, the Mac'n'cheese was hard, and it was a disaster. The only good part was the guy inside busting his butt trying to get everything done. Those three girls working tonight should be fired.
