You order at the counter and pay before sitting down, which ensures that your littles don't change their mind a million times. We got the beefeater with chips plus a one trip salad bar, the kids pizza, and a turkey and cheese sandwich. They used to have turkey and cheese sandwiches on the kids menu, but have removed them, so my littles sandwich was adult-sized and lasted two days. The salad bar is massive, and there's something for everyone on there. We sat in one of the many tables within the restaurant, but there are also booths if that is what you would prefer. The decorations told the history of Jason's Deli and provided for some informational reading as we waited for our food. The beefeater is a massive roast beef sandwich that comes with au jus for dipping - so good! The kids cheese pizza is always just warm enough to eat immediately, but not hot enough that it will burn the roof of your mouth. I didn't realize until after our meal that I actually had a birthday reward for a free dessert, and the staff was kind enough to let me use it after the meal. I chose the strawberry shortcake, and it was pretty tasty. It was big enough to share with my table, although some opted out in lieu of the free ice cream. Then they explain that there is no driver working and ask if I'd like a refund. They should 1) turn off the delivery option on their app if no driver is available and 2) contact the customer immediately after they see the order come through instead of waiting on me to call to ask why I haven't yet received my order. They always say they'll process a refund but I usually have to contact corporate a week later when the charges still haven't been credited back to my account. Their prices are also getting ridiculous. The last order I placed for a ham and cheese sub and a small bag of chips was $17.33. Literally just ham, cheese and mayo.
