They seem to never have delivery drivers available even though the app allows you to place an order for delivery. I usually don't find out that they are unable to deliver until after I call them 30 minutes later to ask where my "freaky fast" order is. Then they explain that there is no driver working and ask if I'd like a refund. They should 1) turn off the delivery option on their app if no driver is available and 2) contact the customer immediately after they see the order come through instead of waiting on me to call to ask why I haven't yet received my order. They always say they'll process a refund but I usually have to contact corporate a week later when the charges still haven't been credited back to my account. Their prices are also getting ridiculous. The last order I placed for a ham and cheese sub and a small bag of chips was $17.33. Literally just ham, cheese and mayo. Take my advice and just order from Jersey Mike's. The food is much better and I've never had a service issue. read more

They was one guy that was working and I don't know if it was his manager but she was sitting down at a table and I went to order and said one thing wrong and she snapped at me saying "we've never had that" with a rude, disgusted look on her face like sorry I misspoke. She didn't get up to help him until another group came in and then seemed inconvenienced that she has to stop what she was doing and help. But instead of helping the customers she micromanaged the poor guy that was going a good job already. The place is not bad and the college kids actually do listen and help to the best of their abilities. The company needs to upgrade there menu a lil I mean the bread is as hard as a toasted sub so why not give the option of a little fire to it. The toppings and quality of meat need to update as well. While traveling today we were hungry so we placed a order through the app for asap. When we got there it was only minutes later and they had not started our order with no one in line and no one was making any other order. We had to ask for our order to be made. When we finally received our ordered, which was not label although we had put names on them through the app, we began down the road. We had food and and thought everything would be great. Let me pretense this next part to say my husband hates mustard and pickles more than anything other food, which neither come standard on the Beach Club which is what he ordered. When I unwrapped the subs to give him his, he had mustard all through his sandwich which was a giant size. He was beyond frustrated. We almost turned back to have them redo the sand which but we needed to be at an appointment and did not have time. One of the worker's young child (Must not have had daycare this day) was in a booth playing his video game with the sound full blast. We asked nicely if the sound could be turned down. The worker swept up her child and took him into the back. Then she proceeded to turn up her music equally as loud. Really this store needs a zero grade. Called the store @1030 to see if they had a delivery driver,confirmed with someone that worked there that they did. Placed a online delivery order at 11am, at 1145 called the store to see where my order was lady said that it would be after 1pm before we received our food... I go-to the store to pick up my 'delivery order' walk in to see some guy behind the counter dancing. Along with 3 other people working. They pick up my order off the floor in a box. which im sure has been ready since i placed the online order, so for 45 mins or more. Ask to speak with a "manager " informed her that i called before i placed the order to make sure they was able to deliver our food and then no one calls us back to inform us that they had no driver. A simple call would have been nice ,to let us know that we needed to make other arrangements to pick up our lunch. Really really surprised with this one. I always claimed that I wasn't a fan of subs because I was used to the Subway standard: soggy, non fresh, unflavorful food. But after going here, I can say that my standards have been risen. The food here is great and inexpensive. Service is quick and employees are nice and helpful. I ordered delivery, my house is maybe a 3 minute drive from the store. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery- and 20 minutes later it still wasn't here. So, I called the store and some extremely rude little girl answered the phone- did not help me at all and all she had to say was "umm ok our driver should be there soon." I was literally about to go to the store just to meet her. I am 8mos pregnant and was trying my best to be as nice as possible even with her extremely rude demeanor, and she really just boiled my blood. If you don't have what it takes to answer a phone in a kind manor, just don't do it! If you can't work in customer service, don't! This location has the worst customer service. I ordered this morning around 9:30 and the location does not open till 11am. I ordered on the app and ask for a delivery time of 12pm. At 12:00 I checked the tracker to find that my order was still being processed and had not been completed. I reached out to the location by phone and the employee was rude and sounded very un apologetic when he told me that they had many orders come in before they open and that my order had been put aside and forgotten. Then he said well do you want to wait on it or cancel. I asked how long and he said it would take another 20 mins to make it and then the delivery driver who was out on a delivery would have to bring it when he returned. I told him to cancel it, and asked was it canceled. Then the employee stated that his manager was on the other line and would cancel the order when she finished. When I said ok he just hung up the phone. I am disgusted and I will never order again. This the second fail for this location, the first time I did the same thing ordered before they opened and did not get it till 2:30, when the school day ended. This store is by far the BEST Jimmy John's that I have been too... and believe me I have been to a lot of Jimmy John's! Every time that I walk in the door I am greeted by every person that is working, even during busy lunch time hours. My sandwich is always perfectly prepared, and the customer service cannot be beat... I'm serious if you need some cheering up just step into this store! The atmosphere is great, and the food is even better. Their level of service and quality product have definitely made me a regular. I get a sandwich from them every Wednesday, at least, and it is always just how I ordered it. Since I always order the same thing, they now know what I want before I even order, and there are always fun little notes written on my wrapper when I leave. It doesn't hurt that their manager/owner is a total hottie too! Needless to say, I will continue to frequent this location and to tell all my friends about the awesome customer service.
