It also came with seasoned french fries. My husband ordered the Carolina Burger with tator tots. The way he was eating that burger and rolling his eyes at the back of his head, haha I knew it tasted miraculous. He stated it was juicy, flavorful and the homemade pimento cheese was delicious. We also tried the Hush Puppies with cinnamon butter, and they were so good it's hard to just stop popping them in your mouth! We also ordered the Dijon Encrusted Salmon sandwich and all I can say is it was good and scrumptious:) I am so full you can imagine how many typos were in this review, haha. Henry's Restaurant & Bar we are coming back! It would be crazy for me not to have round two:) It was too crowded for pictures, but customer service was good, the place was clean, and the restaurant was packed! Overall, I enjoyed everything. We came in a bit later in their dinner service and had no issue being sat and were even able to park in their small adjoined parking lot rather than hunting for street parking. I went with the grilled chicken kebabplate and subbed the Greek Salad for a small side of pita and hummus instead. I also wanted to try the kofta so was able to order one piece à la carte to try. It didn't take long for the generously portioned meal to come out....and it also didn't take long for my plate to be scraped clean. Everything was fresh, tasted excellence and seasoned to perfection. I preferred the chicken to the kofta but was glad I tried both. Pro tip - make sure to ask for a side of the yummy salad dressing to mix into your rice to really lake the flavor over the board with the chicken! Between the great food and service I see what the hype is a about for this little Columbia long-time staple.

The spinach dip itself was good. I wish the tortilla chips were fresh; then the entire dish would have been spectacular. The brussels sprouts were okay. If you do not like your brussels sprouts flash-fried and overly done, then this is the place for you to indulge in brussels sprouts. The sauce drizzle was a great contrast, kind of sweet, but not too much. My lunch guests ordered the blackened pasta with salmon. It was pretty basic but had a good taste. The salmon was very delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich. It was seasoned very well and packed a lot of flavor. The bread was soft and accompanied the sandwich very well. The sandwich also has spicy chopped pickles and arugula on it. If I returned, I would be inclined to order that again. It was really good. For my side instead of chips, I went with the house salad, which was just your typical basic house salad, which was okay. Their cocktails looked amazing as well, which I will try on next visit.

Theirs has potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and onions. But the broth tastes like they might also use a touch of tomato paste. I could be wrong. Nonetheless, it was tasty and the thick broth was yummy on the piece of crusty bread it was served with. I'm tempted to come back and order the entree size of the octopus for $32 and see what the portion size is. Service was excellent. Very attentive.
