Nice to have an alternative nail salon on deck when traveling. For my birthday I was treated to getting my nails done at Style Nails while staying in La Quinta. I was booked an appointment with Chloe as everyone says she is the best and does great work, which I can confirm is true after coming here! Chloe was wonderful and her attention to detail is unmatched. Never have my nails ever looked so good. She meticulously perfected them in an hour. While I only went with gel color she really shaped them beautifully like I asked for and they had a great selection of colors here which is always important to me. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience here given that it was so cozy and they played a great Korean cooking competition show on the back screen which helped the hour fly by. For $50 my nails looked pretty fabulous. My only upgrade is that I do wish a manicure came with a light hand massage / rub. My local nail salons do this but not here. Not a dealbreaker for me but usually ending with a light massage is my favorite part. Maybe it is an extra charge if I would have asked but most manicures include this. Overall though, still a great experience and I left a happy customer with my nails looking pretty cute.

Had an appointment for dip less than a week ago, my nails are already catching my hair in the shower and coming up around the edges near the cuticle. Usually I can easily go 3 weeks, often longer before this. Service was friendly at first, but quickly changed when I mentioned my concerns with color and being told I requested something I did not after clarifying what I wanted on nails and toes several times. I hesitated to post, but after spending well over 100 dollars plus 20% tip to both my manicurist and pedicurist despite my disappointment, I'm pretty irritated that not only did I not leave with the color and effect I requested, the function is not holding up after one week. Plenty of other places to try locally.

Stephanie is the best! A perfectionist and kind professional. The salon is clean relaxing with a great selection of nail colors.

This review is strictly for my eyebrow wax. I took the time to be very patient knowing there's a language barrier to explain that I'd like my eyebrows with their same classic Arch and please don't make them thinner. Just clean them up. Anyways, one eye brow is skinnier than the other. Not to mention that she made BOTH ENDS of my brows super skinny and the front of my brows are the same as when I walked in making them BUSHIER than the corners she waxed off. So I just look super angry.... Lol! The point is I tried to tell her I was unhappy and she told me that it was "OK" and that I can "draw in with a pencil"........... I was gonna use her tip to buy a new pencil apparently however I don't wear makeup lol. I don't like being rushed and ignored, no oil, no massage, I felt weird asking for that stuff that usually comes normal anywhere else with a brow wax... Just want to be respected and listened too like everyone else. I don't want to put the "racism card" out there because I think that's silly but who knows anymore. Her comment about using makeup to fix her mistake was sad. I probably won't be back just because I can get great nails and wax somewhere else together. 2 stars instead of 1 cause I'm nice. However can't wait to start my new job with uneven eyebrows tomorrow. read more

My wife & I came here today! She got a manicure and I got a pedicure. My lady who did my feet was very gracious & kind. She did a wonderful job and made me feel very relaxed! Nathan also did an AMAZING job on my wife's nails. He did the exact design she asked for & took pride in his work. I loathe trying a new salon and would prefer to get a fill at home but 2 broken nails prompted my visit during my weekend stay in the desert. I read a lot of good reviews for people at this salon but they were unavailable. The girl answering the phone suggested Nathan was good at fills so I gave it a try. Great job, thin not lumpy or thick nails and done in under an hour w a Pedi at the same time. Will definitely come back on my next trip here read more

I get my nails done at style nails on a regular basis. Tommy does a great job with a liquid gel fill, and pedicures are always lovely. My nails have stayed beautifully for at least three - Four weeks. The salon it's always clean, and always lots of customers. read more

Excellent service. I got a basic manicure and pedicure and the gentleman worked miracles with my nightmare hiker's toenails. There is a lemon scrub and a menthol lotion they use on your legs too and it was a dream for tired calves. Definitely recommend. read more

Seriously. I can't say enough about Henry and Style Nails. They truly are amazing and Henry is THE best. It has been over 3 weeks now, and my nails still look perfect. I love style nails. It's been my go-to nail salon for about three years now and they never fail to amaze. It's a nice open space and very clean. Their lotions and scrubs smell so good. There are televisions to look at and also massage chairs for your pedicure. I definitely recommend this salon for all of your nail needs. read more

This is a bad nail salon . Don't go . I went to them for 1.5 years . The man i went to John does not like conversation . Complete silence . He was always late sometimes by 25 minutes . The rates went up by 5.00 because of Covid he says even though they were open for business knock 3 times get it !!! .They even charge for a credit use 1.00 . When i would give him his tip in cash he would put it in his pocket and walk off , no thank you ever ...1 time he did my nails and told me to go wash my hands . When i came back another woman was sitting in my chair and he told me to go to another guy for the polish part ..How rude ! ...I would make appointments and 2 times i went in and nobody wrote it down , i had to come back another day ! No im sorry or a discount ..So im loyal , i call him last week for an appointment and he says to me he doesnt want to do my nails anymore and i need to go elsewhere ! I was shocked ! The last place i went to i had the same lady for 9 years before the shop went out of business ! So i would not waste my time on this place , too many other places to go too . read more

If being a loyal client to John for the past 6 years doesn't tell you how amazing he is, you have to come in and see for yourself! I have been a client of Johns since he was at his previous salon. I followed him to Style Nail and his new location is nothing short of amazing! It is so neat and clean. Everyone is so welcoming. It's quiet and relaxing. Just what I love after a long week of work. This was my first Mani/Pedi since the covid-19 shutdown and it was definitely worth the wait. I had Coco for my pedicure and she gave the best massage I may have ever had from a pedicure - it practically put me to sleep. The salon felt very clean and safe. If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

I agreed, not realizing it was an additional $20 until after the service. About a week later, the same nail began to chip, so I returned for a repair. The visit felt uncomfortable and somewhat disconnected, with very little direct communication, which made the experience feel dismissive. During the original service, a handheld gel curing light was used directly over my nails and the heat became very uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better communication and consistency, especially with an upgraded service.

I didn't realize until after I left that they did not do my cuticles, usually what all nail salons do before putting on the acrylic. I told them (the older woman and gentleman) about the cut and they put Neosporin on it which was nice. The woman (the mom) did my nails and she was super nice, I just wish the quality was better. The older gentleman was super kind too. Their pricing was also odd, I went on their website before going and was charged $55 for my full set & $35 for the spa pedicure with a total of $90. I didn't question her as maybe the prices changed and they did not update their website. She also kept changing the prices (like three times) in person when I was about to pay. When I got into my car I looked at my nails and the underneath of my nails still had acrylic bumps that usually other salons make sure that it's filed out. I also noticed that since she did not have me wash my hands before applying the acrylic, there were bumps in the nails and some lines (photos provided) I am sad because I was super excited to try this place and spend my Mother's Day here but would not recommend and will not be going back.

Not only that but when he swiped he used his whole nail so the polish just transferred to my skin and then he cured it. I would never come back. Tip of advice have your technicians nails look nice and if not make them wear gloves. Plus the polish is streaky and doesn't look good at all.

And lastly, Tony is there to give head and neck massages for $1 a minute and they are heavenly! Mike, the owner, was fun to chat with as he gave me my pedicure and had a great sense of humor. My daughter was visiting and she happened to go to Bella Nails and said how good they were, (she's extremely picky), I thought what the heck, my old salon won't miss me. Helen got me right in and was so grateful I came in. She showed more appreciation in 1 min., than my last salon ever showed. I understand why one customer said Helen was running around, it's because she is constantly getting things for pedicures to assure the towels are hot, and the rocks for massaging are the right temp. She is a very busy woman and is a hard worker, I didn't find her rude at all. I had a great pedicure, very gentle and did a great job. She also did my dipping nails, and WOW, she is so detailed. Remember when salons used to cut your cuticles if dry, well Helen does it, remember when you used to get oil and lotion afterwards on your hands, well Helen does it. I am probably the most picky person when it comes to my nails, and I have never left unhappy. Paul is amazing and I have been coming to see him for about 2 years now when I am in the valley. Everything is always clean and the salon is in a great location. ALSO... one of the only places in the valley with dipped gel polish, my favorite. Way better than acrylic for your nails and lasts longer than the normal gel polish. Definitely the place to be in the desert! read more
