I went in to get some Gel X nails done . The lady was so incredibly kind , I enjoyed her as a person but as my nail tech I was left pretty disappointed. She was incredibly truthful and admitted to not being able to do what I originally wanted so I changed the look . After a couple minutes I changed it again for something more simple as to not take her out of her comfort zone . The first red flag was her just cutting and dehydrating the nail but not doing any cuticle work . For how expensive the place is you'd think they'd clean up the nail before starting . I had to ask to get my cuticles cleaned up . Cool she did them awesome . Stabbed me twice with the cuticle cutters and noticed she hasn't replaced any of the tools she was using from the girl she had just helped before me, this was worrisome because like I said she stabbed me with a tool that she could have been stabbing someone else with leading to infection. I let it go as she was very sweet and I figured maybe she's just a bit tired . She gets to gluing the nails down and they are completely messed up , one nails going to the right while the other is going to the left they just looked a whole mess . I had to ask her to please re do the placement as they looked terrible . We're moving forward alls good , until the drill she's using starts to burn my cuticles more than once ... Now we're putting the color on and everything is going good until an appointment of hers shows up and she starts rushing what she's doing . I'll place a reference picture underneath to show what I wanted and what I got . She did relay that it would not be identical as obviously she's doing someone else's look . The price and the final product just was no where near $95 dollars. The nails on have polish on them yet still look clumpy and the sides are uneven from the filing she did to the sides . My nail was left with a tremendous amount of nail polish around the cuticle because of the airbrush machine she used and the quickness she went to finish for her next guest . Instead of taking the time to clean around the nail she went in very quickly with a brush still leaving a tremendous amount of excess nail polish . I'm not confrontational so I would never ask for a discount or not pay the service I was given with a tip . This review is simply to inform others that if you are planning on doing GelX this may not be the best place for you . To me on my hands they unfortunately look like dollar store press on's that have started growing out . The nail's themselves are not horrendous just not worth the heavy price tag they charge you for them, $95 .I just got the nails done yesterday April 24 and as I left I realized they already looked like they had grown out. Both acrylic sets were beautifully done but one was a bit rough around the cuticles. The other set with no acrylic was not good. The given set was not what was asked for and they had an inspiration picture to follow. Highly disappointing on that portion. The people also weren't so talkative or anything. Gel polish popped off after not even 1 week. I got my nails done on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Paid $40 and left a $10 tip only for them to not last. Granted, I came in as a walk in as I was on a business trip here in Palm Desert. The staff was nice but I'm just disappointed they didn't last. Not worth $50 for sure. Never have i experienced such poor customer service at a nail salon. Recently, I was injured so it was big deal to go and get my nails done. I decided to try this salon. I was shocked at how I was treated. Eden the technitin treated me like I was an incovience. And I would soon find out why. While doing my nails he watched tv on his phone. Not even the one on the wall but his phone to his right. He would constantly turn his head. He did it so much I started counting in a half hour he turned away over a 100 times.at one point he took out his earbud and replaced it with a new one. Ni communication missed spots on my nails, wrong shape that I asked for and paint on my fingers. I thought he was going to clean up his mess. Over 60 dollars later I had to leave. I wrote a note regarding the hundreds of time he focused on the tvt. I gave him a small tip and told him why. I went in for a gel manicure, and I got the gel builder as well, which I believe helps strengthen your nails. They do tend to your cuticles which a lot of nail salons don't do nowadays they were friendly and it was a clean salon what I loved. This was an extremely fast service. Keep in mind I only got a gel manicure personally I like to be in and out, so this was great. They also do a mini hand massage which I love. I'll definitely be going back. read more

3rd trimester pregnant gal here really needing a pick me up today so I decided to treat myself to the rare mani/pedi. Had been to this salon once before and had a good experience because the lady was nice and took her time with me, although she did cut me. Called today to make an appt, came in for said appt and immediately felt a different vibe. The lady who did my toes was not friendly and seemed irritated I only wanted regular polish on my toes (I can't get gel while I'm pregnant.) Tried to upsell me on a more expensive pedicure after I only wanted the $39 one that included a longer massage. Several people came in during my pedi and each one seemed to make her go faster. She cut me as well but whatever this isn't even really about that. After she finished my toes, asked if I wanted my nails too to which I said yes, just a basic manicure with clear polish Again, she seemed irritated. Proceeded to give me a ten minute manicure with a quick file, cuticle trim and clear coat application...asked me to pay and tip her before putting on the polish. I had to ask to even receive lotion. She rubbed it on my arms for about 20 seconds each, avoiding my hands as they were already painted. Then moved on to the next customer. Was charged $22 plus tip for the least satisfying/most rushed manicure I've ever received. Dry half cut cuticles with hang nails visible, weird uneven edges, clear coat already lifting up in certain spots. When I go to leave, she rushes over like she wants to help me...I told her I was unhappy with the experience and gave the feedback that she should spend more time on customers, regardless of whether they're getting simple services or not. She then proceeded to try to "make it better" by trimming my cuticles more, making the excuse they were dry...well, obviously they're dry considering I got zero cuticle oil or lotion on them which for $22 I would think would be part of the experience? Has been with every other manicure I've ever gotten. Way to make a pregnant girl's bad day even worse. Now I'm down $61 + tip, have a cut toe and my nails look like I painted them myself. Has anyone ever paid $61 for a clear polish 10 minute manicure (no lotion, no massage, no oil) and regular polish pedicure? Seems kinda exorbitant but whatever. 2nd star is only for the older lady I had the first time I went here who was at least nice to me. To the owner: I realize it's a business for you but people come here to feel pampered...train your employees to treat them with care, not like an assembly line they can half ass. read more

I always get my nails done here and never had a problem. I got Angel I believe her name was and she started popping off my nails. It was fine in the beginning until she got to this hand and my actual nails were coming off too and it hurt so bad that I winced and she asked me if it hurt and I said yes a bit. I'm the type to not be rude about this and just let the professionals do what they have to. But it hurt to the point I was shaking and I wanted to pass out! She even glued a couple back together. So once she got everything off I just didn't want to have my nails done anymore. She had asked me if I didn't want my nails done and I said no it's okay. She asked me the same question again and I told her no I just want to pay and she gave me a dirty look and charged me $20 for it and being the nice person I am just left her $5 but charging me $20 for this shit is ridiculous especially after hurting me and my other hand is bleeding. read more

I came here the first time to get a fill and the tech did a great job. On top of that those suckers were NOT coming off when I was ready to remove them completely so that said something. I went back yesterday to get a new set for my bachelorette this weekend and I was really happy with the experience and the outcome. My tech was super friendly (not once have I been to a salon out here that said anything other than "hi how are you are you from out here" and that's that.) My tech was actually cracking a few jokes here and there and made me feel really comfortable. She was so nice. If I could give them no stars I would. I really tried to hold off on writing this, but man it's necessary. I brought my grandma here last tuesday (11/9) after calling ahead to be sure they could take us. Gel x removal, gel mani and pedi, and my grandma wanted a fill on her acrylic set. We walk in, they sit her down, and I'm left choosing colors. I mention I want silver sparkles with a chrome finish, and am promptly denied by the a technician, saying "we don't do that." Ok, I am flexible, I pick another color. Grey with pink sparkles. I get put at a table in the back of the room, facing a wall with a large tv, but it was not on. My fingers are wrapped individually in foil and I'm left there for over 30 minutes, bored out of my mind and breaking my neck to speak to my grandma or watch tv while I waited. Then I'm put in a pedicure chair. Everything is fine until we get to the color portion, I show her I want the grey with pink sparkles (it's premixed together) and again I'm denied my color choice saying, verbatim, "pick other color it's more better." No other explanation was provided, so I said "ok, black with pink sparkles." Next thing I know the woman is coming over with the grey/pink sparkle polish and showing it to me, and I agree that's the color I want! Yet she continued to paint my nails black, so I rolled with it. The next problem came when she went to put clear top coat over the black, when I very clearly stated I wanted PINK sparkles (this is important.) she gets up and shoved the gel samples back into my lap and says nothing. There's no pink sparkles in this sample pack. I stress again, "I just wanted simple pink sparkles." So she pulls a bottle off a shelf and slaps blue/green sparkles on my nails and cured them. I gave up. My pedicure ends and I have to pee, fingers still in foil. My grandmas service had been completed for about 10 mins at this point. I make it to the bathroom and am greeted by someone's leftovers (if you catch my drift) in the toilet. Wonderful. I manage to do my business but lose a foul finger wrap and break my nail in the process (my nails were naturally grown out and I had to go shorter than I wanted because of this.) I make it back out to the salon room and end up having to stand and wait while I watch them pull in three more manicure clients before finally sitting me down again. My nail tech asked if I wanted the grey color for my nails and I said I wanted them to match my toes now, so she painted them all black and glittered but failed to file the crooked edges I asked her to file so many times that my grandma made a joke to relax about the edges. We joked back and fourth and the nail tech rubbed some good smelling lotion on both our arms, We paid $151 for these services. $22 of that was a "removal fee" for my gel. The next morning I wake up with 5 chipped nails and have to make an appointment to go back and get them fixed. Overall the customer service here is lacking, there's no warmth. Quality is virtually nonexistent. I highly recommend steering clear of this place as they over charge, and lack the ability to be attentive or hospitable. read more

SCAM !! This was my second time going in to this salon and I am just devastated and so strongly dissatisfied. I went in to this set and as soon as I start to walk back to my car my nails started to warp and the polish got wavy and deformed on my nails ?!?? ON TOP OF THAT I kept asking constantly "what was the the total price of the nails?" and the man who was doing my manicure constantly said $52 and +$5 if I wanted to add charms. Suddenly when it's time to pay my total is 67 dollars ?!?? plus the fee and tip to run my card to $70 for this set ?!!?? How did It go from $52 to nearly $75 dollars for THIS ?? I'm just genuinely so upset I let them upscale so much and for it to not even be a good manicure ? Just disappointing. read more
