This cute intimate little nail salon is only a couple months in on the very competitive street of El Paseo and I can definitely see it making a nice permanent home there. Stepping into this place I immediately felt welcomed with their inviting smiles and attentive service. Their massage chairs are amazing and super cute. I came in for a basic pedicure after a stressful day and they went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and cared for. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I got a gel pedicure from sophia and she made sure my nails came out perfect! Yes yes yes! Finally a nail salon where they do a great job, are friendly, and the place is well kept and clean! I have gone to 4-5 different salons here in both PS and palm desert.. recently a friend recommended KN and I decided to try it out. I prefer natural DIP over gel, and have had a difficult time finding places able to do a decent job. Today Lee, did a great job and we discussed our love for the under dog football teams (GO BILLS!) he made sure to check with me regarding the shape, color, and final polish. Possibly the longest my nails have ever lasted. Got a dip manicure and lasted for more than a month. Super sturdy and looked beautiful!

If you want quality don't come here!!! My nails came off the same night!!!! The nail tech didn't get anything I was asking for! And then when I told him I didn't like them he told me that I made him look bad and I should have told him(I did 3 times!!!) he said I stayed to do you nail when I could be home!!!! worst place in the Valley period! The way I was treated when I didn't like them was awful. I left crying because they made me feel so bad! I asked for a refund, rightfully so, since I DONT EVEN HAVE NAILS ON. This place is amazing! I came here with my mom and grandma while on vacation with my family. We all had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone! Don't go here, and if you have to, have one of the women do it. My friend and I went there a little bit ago, and the guy seemed nice. My friend and I both got acrylics, and mine didn't stay on for more than 3 days. What really irked me, is that he was being rude and condescending towards my friend. He didn't want to do what she asked for and made her feel bad for wanting matte nails. She ends up going with the standard shiny coat just to get him to shut up. My nails were uneven, and the design was subpar. So, because this was awhile ago, my friend went back to this place. She had forgotten how annoyed we were. He didn't listen to what she wanted at all. Her nails were the wrong size and color. She tried to correct him several times. Then, he made her feel bad for his inability to understand what he wanted. On top of this, her nails popped off that night! He made her cry because of how condescending he was towards her. DON'T GO HERE read more
