Inconsistent price. One night you can split a pizza1/2 one style other 1/2 another style. Next time you visit it cost more than the most expensive pizza on the menu. I brought it up and was told price was correct. Not enough money to worry much, but fustrating. read more

Third time I've gone here. The pizza has amazing flavor with the best crust of any pizza I've had. The lasagna is incredible. The traditional calzone was also very good. By far my favorite pizza place in Dana Point, not only does Stuft deliver a powerful pizza (brings me back to playing arcade games at tilt in the mission viejo mall across from round table pizza) I felt at that time "being a thick crust lover that I am", Stuft Pizza brought me back to that time period. I am not sure what happened to the quality at "Round Table" but it has definitely lost its mojo. If you don't feel like pizza order the Meat Lasagna, I can't get enough of it. It is made for a party of one. Next I would try the Build your own Calzone followed by one of their signature subs, subway ain't got nothing on these subs, plus their employees that make you feel like it's a burden just to take your order. A really delicious pizza! Got a medium Hawaiian veggie, after picking up the pizza however we realized it was a traditional Hawaiian. My vegetarian heart was crushed :(((( I decided to call them to report the mistake, they totally took care of everything!!! They delivered a large veg Hawaiian pizza to our house!!! All of this on a busy New Year's Day with lots of college ball on. It made my day to not have to drive there again. Awesome customer service and the pizza was delicious, soft bread, good cheese. It's fine for what it is. My husband loves the big doughy crust they put on their pizzas so he picks this up sometimes. It's just ok. I'm not a huge pizza fan but when I do I prefer a flatbread with quality ingredients & lots of salads on the menu to choose from. The seating area feels like a sports bar. Doesn't smell awesome, more bar like. It's in a shopping center. It worked well when we had hungry kids after a long day at the beach & it's not bad pizza. read more

We'd given up on Stuff Pizza in San Clemente a few years ago but came with a youth sports team and are thrilled we did. The new owner has breathed life in to this establishment. Excellent, fresh eats, decent beer selection, fair prices, new decor, sports on the telly, and excellent customer service. We've been coming at least every couple of weeks since last October (largely due to the kids demands, it's the best sausage/ mushroom pizza in town). We've hosted sports teams and birthday parties and they always graciously accommodated our groups of any size. I'm not a Yelper and the number of reviews I've posted can be counted on 1 hand but decided to post to counter perspective to a rash of negative reviews. We've never been disappointed. Always 100% satisfied and always leave happier then when we entered. We always go in, so have not yet ordered delivery but heard they do an excellent job when you order direct. read more

I do not understand all the bad reviews because in my opinion this is the best food ever, I have tried almost every food possible but the pizza here is better than any food I have ever tried. They have extra soft dough, lots of tomato pizza sauce and their cheese is the best mozzarella ever, even if pizza isn't your favorite you'll like it and if you really don't like pizza they have other things. Although the don't actually stuff their pizza I think they call it that because you're Stuft when you leave. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a really good pizza or just a plain good meal. read more

Came here on a late night pizza craving just before 11pm closing time on a Friday night after a day at the beach. Pizza was super thick, piping hot, fluffy crust, toppings just piled up rediculously high. This pizza hit the spot, some of the best I've had. Service was a little lacking, but only because they were trying to wrap up and get out of there, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. I've been to this place a couple times and I would probably go back. Last time our pizza was taking forever to arrive, and a waitress finally told us they had burnt our pizzas! They gave us some free cheesey bread though, so it was ok. Pizza was definitely good, pretty worth the wait. read more

Always good pizza, decent place for a slice at lunch. The really shine in the main menu, I absolutely love the chefs special, everything good that could go on a pizza is there. I have to admit that we are a total take out or delivery family so I won't comment on the ambience, just the food. We have probably ordered 500 pizzas from Stuft and first of all they always arrive piping hot. The dough and the sauce are so delicious. Our favorites are the Woody's Favorite and the Basil Rathbone. Last few times we went in for pizza it was flavorless and subpar. Tonight I thought I would try a pizza that is hard to screw up, a Margherita pizza. That was ordered with bread sticks, as well as very specifically cheese and pepper packets. Food arrived no condemned available. The pizza was completely flavorless and bread sticks were horrible. I called to speak to management and sat on hold for almost 5 min. After telling the "manager" the issues he first suggested that I bring it back for a refund. Funny if I had it delivered, why would I bring it back? He then suggested that a refund could happen if the driver came by and picked up the food. At that point I hung up the phone. I did not want a refund, they simply need to do better. The food is way too overpriced to deal with this and it was too late in the evening to start over. It is not the drivers fault the food is garbage and they should not be punished to return. I grew up eating their food, however now they must be under see new ownership. I will NEVER EAT AT STUFT PIZZA AGAIN. read more
