We may have come in on an off morning for them, but unfortunately we were extremely let down with the bagels that were used for our egg sandwiches. We ordered one sandwich with an everything bagel and the other sandwich on a garlic bagel. Unfortunately, both tasted extremely flavorless and the bagels themselves were an odd texture, almost as if they had been microwaved. My husband was so disappointed he went back to the cash register area to ask for a refund. Management stood by their product asserting that they did not put their sandwiches in the microwave. The manager remained extremely professional and offered a refund on the sandwiches. We were so surprised, but extremely grateful for the gesture. The service was the best part of our breakfast that morning. The bagels missed the marks for us and would be the main reason we would likely not return in the future.
