Everyone I interacted with by phone, email, and in person was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the employees even helped me move a table and heavy box that I couldn't lift myself after the movers left. I started with a 10x10 unit and moved into a smaller one a year later because they were going to charge $312/mo starting 4/30/2026 (started at $150 or $160/mo for 6 months, then rate increased to $200-something/mo). My new unit was $189/mo and I didn't have to deal with rent increases because I recently cleared out my unit after 3 months. The space is very safe and secure, requiring a code to enter and exit the gate. Also love the free coffee and tea. I'm happy to not have to pay for the unit anymore but would recommend to anyone considering storage space.

This review comes only after being unable to resolve the issue directly with the management/owner…read moreof the facility. I have brought up my issue, no lie, more than 10 times. (I will start by saying that the manager of the facility is nothing but nice and helpful. I think she has tried to resolve the issue on my behalf but her hands are tied by the owners.) The issue is that the lights in the storage facility are on a timer based on movement in the hallway. Which I get. If there is no movement, the lights will go out since it figures there is no one left on the floor (floor 3.) But the timer is set to a ludicrous 3-5 minutes before the lights extinguish. The movement sensors are placed very far apart and will go out after not sensing my movement down the hallway. There are no windows on this level and it gets near black in my unit. Every 3-5 minutes, I must then walk about 25 yards down the hallway to re-trip the timer and have the lights turn back on. On a normal visit, I have to walk up and down the hallway 5 or 6 times to simply have light. I have resorted to bringing a flashlight with me for light. I have requested that the issue be resolved to allow more time before the lights extinguish- like even 10-15 minutes. Or to install another sensor or two to sense movement. Each time I complain I am assured that an electrician will come out to fix the problem. Nothing is ever done and I am feeling like a nag. So, I feel like I must just accept that I will not get get any resolution regarding this manner. This review is a last resort after double digit complaints. So... just be aware that if you lease a storage unit on the third floor, and if you are not right underneath the one or two sensors in the hallways, you will be in the dark most of the time.

Apparently, this is how they reward longtime customers--by seeing how much more money they can squeeze out of them. Moving an entire storage unit takes time, money, and effort, which makes these repeated increases especially frustrating. Customers shouldn't have to choose between continually paying more and dealing with the hassle of moving everything elsewhere. After years of giving this location my business, I'm fed up. Whatever value this place once offered is disappearing with every increase. If you're considering renting here, ask yourself whether you're prepared for the price to keep climbing. I regret staying this long and would not recommend them.
