I saw Olivia and she was so kind and sweet! She really listened to what I wanted for my hair and made sure I was happy with everything. I absolutely love how it turned out and would definitely recommend her! I'm absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out! The color is so rich and dimensional, the highlights blend beautifully, and the cut gave my hair so much movement and volume. My hair looks healthy, soft, and exactly like what I was hoping for. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back! read more

$300 down the drain. I am wearing a hat to hide my hair and embarrassment. I asked for a natural looking shade of blonde. I was given a platinum blonde look with large patches. My roots look a month completely overgrown the day I received the service. Do not go to Michelle. Hoping I can fix my hair soon. read more

I first went to Lauren last December on a recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. I asked for a pretty big change, an extreme cut for me, since I'd always had long hair and was ready for something different. She absolutely nailed it. The cut was perfection and completely refreshed my look. Since then, I've kept it shorter, and I love how it has this fun, bouncy feel, it really suits me in a way I didn't expect. Today, I took another small leap and tried color for the first time: just a bit around my face to blend some gray streaks. And once again, Lauren delivered. It's subtle, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. Lauren has an amazing eye, a great sense of style, and she really listens. I highly recommend Lauren! read more

The stylists are experienced and knowledgeable and the salon offers a wide range of services, from cuts to color and more. Grant was just as amazing as I've heard from other Studio V clients. He was kind, fun to chat with and I felt like he truly listened to exactly what I wanted - I couldn't be happier with the results! 10/10 They have been voted the best hair salon in Clark County for the past five years and I'm sure they will continue to hold that title for years to come. read more

I see Delaney for extensions + hair color treatment and I've never been happier with my hair! She is very kind, listens to what you would like done, and easy to chat with while sitting during apts. Bonus points for an extension method that takes ~15min for install! Saves me so much time read more

I needed a new salon when I moved to the area and found Studio V through all the great reviews. Electra is my stylist and I could not be happier with her. She intuitively knew just how to cut my hair and what color was best for me, just through her experience and expertise. I have been to her several times now and have always left 100% satisfied! read more

I have been going to Grant (the owner) for the last 15 years. Studio V is the vision he has always talked about having; the atmosphere of upscale, beautiful design with staff who want to make sure you love your hair and your experience. They go every year and get training on upcoming trends and techniques and always have great hair care items as well. Go, sit, have some coffee, tea, or water, and just enjoy looking your best. They know what they are doing:) read more

Great salon. I've been having my hair done by Katy Harris here for several years. I moved out of town but have been driving back because her haircuts work so well for me. read more

I love studio V. Specifically Haille W. I've been going to her for two years now and I've NEVER been disappointed. She turned my hair around from dried and cracked to better than it was before I starting dying my hair. She helps me figure out what hair is good for my face and will look good for every season. She is so professional and kind. I always recommend her to my friends and family. She also does wedding hair which I will be taking advantage of. If you are reading this review, make an appointment with her. You will not regret it. 1000/10 start read more

The salvation of my hair, Jessica Riggins at Studio V! Jessica took the jacked up mop of hair a Portland stylist left me with and got me to a bomb.com level of platinum blonde and a bob cut to boot! Jessica is knowledge about what your hair can handle as far as processing, the time it will take it get you where you want to be for color/color correction, what works for your face shape and skin tone and will straight up let you know if what you are requesting is not realistic and provides you with alternatives that are. She is on-time, has great prices, provides appointment reminders and confirmations, and you will have an absolute blast in her chair from first snip to the final spray. Use the Vagaro app to book, this lady fills up fast! The salon itself is clean, decorated for every season, (it is always great to see what they do next), and has top-rated products, my personal favorites are the Surface products. The other artists at the salon are always friendly, greet you when you walk-in and smile as you walk past. I drive from Portland to go to Studio V and see Jessica, I recommend all of Portland do the same. read more

I'm quite late in posting a review about Studio V, a fun salon I've been enjoying ever since they opened. Collin Carver is extremely knowledgeable about hair, style, color, and maintenance, and is also a fabulous person. At the beginning of each session Collin asks what I have in mind, and listens to me very carefully. He shares his ideas too, and I always know that I can just relax once he begins. Collin's personality is lovely, and he is my favorite hair stylist ever. My natural hair color is blonde but during the past 20 years or so I have needed professional help keeping the natural color. Each session is a "restoration of my natural color," and Collin is able to achieve that by using multiple colors creating natural-looking lowlights and highlights. Many thanks to Studio V and especially to Collin! read more

This place is super overrated. I wouldn't bring my dog here for a trim. The folks working here are not the brightest. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Thank goodness for Studio V and Katy Harris! I just recently moved to Vancouver and was desperate to find a good salon and stylist. I tried a salon in downtown Portland thinking that would be the best and it really did not work out for me. Katy had all the answers. I initially found Studio V on Facebook and called in and the owner of the salon answered the phone. He consulted with me about my hair and goals and paired me with the stylist he thought would be the best fit. I was so happy with his choice and so happy to meet Katy and thankful she was able to help me reach my hair goals. Thank you! read more

I love this place. I take my daughter their who has super curly hair. The hair stylist is so great he understands how to cut curly hair which is a challenge. He was so great with listening to what my daughter wanted as well as what I wanted for her hair. He talks through it with her and answers all my questions. Go to Studio V and ask for Jeff Manning! read more

Stopped in the shop for the first time on Monday. So glad I did! I was greeted by Karen, really friendly and welcoming. Discussed my needs so she was able to direct me to one of the many stylists available there. And I had the good fortune to be able to book an appointment for the next day with Christine Aguilar. My experience with Christine was outstanding. She spent time getting to know me and what I like for my hair. My hair is short and fine. I walked in with barley grown out hair from a bad cut and I walked out with an amazing look and cut. I am thrilled with the service and skill. This will be my go to Salon and I love that's it's in my neighborhood. Also they have a great website. Made my day! Thank you studio V and Christine! read more

This is the best salon in Clark County! I've been going here since they opened. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is hip with soothing colors and trendy seasonal decorations hang from the ceiling over the shampoo area. My stylist is the best one there, of course, but all are artists and care about their clients. It is not the cheapest, but when it comes to your looks why not make an investment in perfection. read more

I had such a great experience yesterday. Renee was great. I love my hair. My first highlight and cut, in 5 months. The salon is so clean...no hair on the floor, or years of product residue on capes or tools. 8 minutes from my house. Who could ask anything more? read more

Grant, the owner, has been my barber and stylist for nearly 15 years. As a male teenager, I was nervous to get my hair cut at a fancy salon, but Grant was such a cool dude that he put me at ease. Ever since, he's continued to cut the hair of family and friends at my recommendation. Now he's taken all of the style and service he provides, and has built it into his own salon. Best of all, he still cuts hair! I cannot recommend enough anything that he has his hand in. Please give this place a try, and you will be a happy, not to mention stylish, individual! read more

I had such an amazing experience today at studio V! I called this morning and spoke to Grant the owner and explained how my stylist had canceled on me two weeks in a row (this stylist was from a different salon btw) and I was in dire need to get in to get my hair done for an event that was getting closer. He was so helpful and spoke with another stylist and was able to schedule me that day( a Saturday at that!) Haille squeezed me in her schedule and did such an amazing job! She give me exactly what I was looking for. I I definitely found my new stylist today! read more

Just got done here and Katy did my hair. I had bleached my hair prior and didn't like how it turned out. She did her thing, which is exactly what I am looking for in a stylist! Extremely nice, took great care of my hair and got it exactly how I wanted it. Thanks again and I will be back for touch ups. Oh and they have wine, good wine read more

Hanna is hands down the most talented person that has ever done my hair. I am not picky about much, but when it comes to my hair color....I can be a little difficult. Often times I find it hard to articulate exactly what I want, and it's like Hanna can read my mind. I have walked away from every appointment so incredibly happy by the look AND feel of my hair. Prior to Hanna, I was going to a super expensive salon in Portland and was constantly disappointed by my results given the outrageous prices. Hanna is affordable, SO talented at her craft, and is so much fun to talk to. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Hanna. You won't regret getting your hair done by her! read more

Delaney did such an amazing job with my cut and color. And I love how she styled it afterwards. I will definitely be coming back.

Chantel is the best stylist I've had. Thanks to her knowledge of more than just cutting hair, she was able to correct a bad hair cut I'd just received from another salon. The facility is clean, modernly decorated, and conveniently located near where I live. The staff's phone etiquette is professional and friendly. And the text message reminders of appointments is nice. read more

Had my appointment yesterday and walk away disappointed. When I made the appointment I specifically told the person I wanted an all over color with 2-3 highlights and told her my hair length. When I got there and showed Delaney my picture her first response was to tell me she onlu allowed two hours and could add highlights but she wouldn't have time to an all over color. My picture's colors were bold but the highlights she gave me were nice but it was not what I asked for. And still cost me $200.00. I had something specific in mind and it is not even close. Im afraid first impressions were not great and I will most likely not be returning. read more

I loved my stylist in Lake O but the traffic was killing me! I was very nervous to switch stylist but was recommended Danika from a friend. I absolutely LOVE her and am beyond thrilled that she is so close to my house. Danika listened and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. The salon is beautiful! Clean, not cluttered and lots of little treats for you. Wine, coffee, water etc.. There is a cute coffee shop a couple doors down and a brew pub is opening soon. This area needed this beautiful place. read more

I am visiting from out of town and needed a haircut. This salon had great reviews, so I called and managed to get an appt last minute...that was the only good news about my experience here. I walked in for my appt 10 minutes early. There was no one at the front desk to greet clients. There was another woman sitting and waiting, come to find out she hadn't been helped either. I could hear stylists laughing around the corner talking about everything from tv shows to soup. AFTER my scheduled appt time the front desk girl finally came around the corner, acted surprised to see myself and another client sitting and waiting to be checked in (mind you, I had now been waiting almost 15 minutes). Once I met my stylist I went over what I wanted, showing photo examples, which she she clearly paid no attention to. What I received from Aryiell is quite honestlyone of the worst cuts I've ever had. From the razoring of my curly hair (most stylists know that razoring fine curly hair is a huge no no) to doing some bizarre undercut on my sides, to literally cutting my ear. I have been growing my hair out for awhile, and I wanted a nice simple shape. Now I'm going to have to cut it all off and start over, due to an incredibly uneven and bizarre cut. I'm so frustrated with stylists in this business who don't listen to the client. Perhaps the other stylists there can cut....but I simply cant recommend Aryiell to anyone. Try your luck somewhere else. read more

I have been coming here since last year and I just can't say enough great things about Jessica and the rest of the staff.
