Upon arriving she was about 30 minutes behind, I had my daughter who's 5 go first and she spent about 5 minutes just cleaning up the ends when I wanted a haircut for her. But since we were already behind time I didn't say anything. I also didn't have time for her to style my hair after the cut so paid and left. When I did get home and start doing my hair I realized that there was a huge chunk of the bottom layer of my hair was chopped to about 3 inches (my hair is passed the middle of back! The lady who cut my hair didn't speak English very well so it was hard to understand what she was…read moresaying, and she didn't seem to understand what I was asking from her either, as I was constantly having to repeat myself and re-clarify things I've said. She also gave me an attitude at one point when I asked her to cut an additional inch off my hair after she had just finished cutting it, which was a little insufferable on her part as I did ask her to cut my hair the length in the reference photo I showed her but an inch shorter. So even though that's what I asked her to do, she didn't do it, and then got an attitude with me when I asked her to do it. I also warned her before hand that I would probably be asking her to cut my hair shorter and shorter as I wasn't sure what length I wanted yet. Also, I asked about a perm, and when I showed her the reference photo of how long I wanted my hair and asked for a price estimate, she said $80. Then after she cut my hair (an inch shorter then how it was shown in the picture), the same person told me it was $90? To me that was a red flag, and considering the communication difficulties I figured it would be better to get my perm elsewhere. The price was very cheap, only $14 for a men's haircut. Also, she was very fast.
