She is listed as a Level I Stylist on the website but I had a good feeling about her. She immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish with my hair. I have curly/wavy hair and I like to wear it curly or blown out sometimes and it has been hard to find someone here who could create the style I wanted. I've even gone as far as to get my haircut on long layovers with my previous stylist in AZ! Cydney totally exceeded my expectations. She had the most gentle energy about her and knew what I was trying to say immediately. I finally feel like myself again! I am so grateful that I finally found someone who "gets it". The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because some of the other stylists were talking some smack about other customers which always makes me wonder what they could be saying about me when I am not there but Cydney didn't participate in it and that earned her even more respect in my eyes. Can't wait to see her again for my next cut!

After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.

My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL…read more UPDATE: my toe is fully swollen and red and extremely hot to the touch. I'm so upset and now I have to manage this. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience but turned out to disrupt my next few days. Unbelievable $80 for this is absolutely insane. Got a pedicure here and the lady cut the side of my toenail down all the way to the cuticle. I can't walk on my foot because my big toe hurts so bad. I screamed when she did it and couldn't believe how much of my toe nail she cut off. When I got home, examined all my toes and she cut all of my toe nails at an angle and ruined the shape of my nail? I have no idea why. She did not paint my full toe nail. She painted about 70% of my nail and didn't paint any of the sides, got tons of polish all over my skin. Had to take today off because my toe hurts so had. I'm praying it's not infected. It's going to take forever for my nail to grow back and probably be an ingrown. Not to mention the entire time this lady was trying to up sale me on getting a more expensive pedicure and I kept refusing. It was exhausting. I am beyond pissed at how much my toe hurts.
