She is exceptionally skilled and so importantly, all products are organic! Considering that what goes on our hair and scalp gets absorbed into our bodies, it only makes sense to minimize, whenever possible, chemical exposures in hair/skin care. Organic salons are not frequent in places away from big city centers, so I feel very fortunate to be able to go to Stacy. She is exceptional, products she uses are healthy, and she has been good at listening to what I want and creating the best style and color for me. Besides that, she is just a really nice person to talk with and she has a calming presence. Now that organic hair care is available, I would never go to a chemical based salon and I cannot recommend her enough!

My first criteria in getting my hair colored is finding a cruelty-free vegan option and Bambu delivered on that - they use Organic Coulour Systems color. Stacy did an outstanding job in producing a vibrant but natural blonde. She was welcoming and personable. Often when you have a new stylist the conversation can be stilted but there was no awkwardness at all. I appreciated that it was done in a reasonable amount of time; not rushed in the least but I wasn't there for hours on end. She was the ultimate professional. The salon could not have been cuter or more relaxing. I can't recommend Bambu enough and can't wait to return!!

My husband found Dee who is a barber/stylist/colorist on a whim and a chance. Normally my husband would not set foot into a "girly salon"....but thankfully he did because he met Dee. Dee has cut his hair perfectly on three separate occasions in the past 3ish months. I met Dee by going with my husband on one of his visits. I immediately found him very friendly and charismatic. I scheduled my first appointment after grilling him on his past experience. Before my appointment Dee texted asking for pictures of what I would like to do with my hair specifically . He wanted to make sure he had the correct color and or products in stock. Dee was ready and waiting when I arrived for my appointment. I was offered a beverage -coffee, tea, water or a soda. We then spent some time discussing the best plan action plan for my hair. After the weave was complete he washed and styled making sure the color was even and to my liking. When I left I scheduled my next appointment for myself and my husband. Dee is new to the area and building his clientele so appointments are easier to get....this will not last long so get in while you can, he is a Gem! Take it from someone who has spent a ton of time in a beauticians chair, I know a good one when I experience one. His prices are reasonable and fair compared to other salons in the area.

She is listed as a Level I Stylist on the website but I had a good feeling about her. She immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish with my hair. I have curly/wavy hair and I like to wear it curly or blown out sometimes and it has been hard to find someone here who could create the style I wanted. I've even gone as far as to get my haircut on long layovers with my previous stylist in AZ! Cydney totally exceeded my expectations. She had the most gentle energy about her and knew what I was trying to say immediately. I finally feel like myself again! I am so grateful that I finally found someone who "gets it". The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because some of the other stylists were talking some smack about other customers which always makes me wonder what they could be saying about me when I am not there but Cydney didn't participate in it and that earned her even more respect in my eyes. She arrived and was instructed to sign in. She filled out her name and started to answer other questions such as email and birthdate. It was not an IPad and the keyboard was different than she was used to. She got frustrated trying to backspace and correct spelling. Knowing that she had used the salon just three weeks prior she didn't feel they needed all that info to be repeated so she gave up and sat down. A man she had never seen before approached her with the tablet and pointed out nicely that the info was not completed. She stated that the salon had the info from her appointment three weeks ago and she didn't need to repeat all the information again. He stated that she did indeed need to fill it all out. She stated that it wasn't necessary as it was in their system. He said she HAD to fill it out. She was frustrated with his attitude and stated that she could just use another salon. He became angry and told her to "please leave". She was taken aback and stated that she had an appointment. He restated that she was to "please leave. Just leave please! Go! Leave please." Her hair stylist started to approach her so she told her she was being kicked out. She asked why and my wife told her she didn't fill out the information. At this point the the man is continuing to point and repeat in a raised voice. "Please leave! Please leave." The number of times he stated "leave please" was shocking. She turned to go and stated that he was rude and she left the salon. This all happened in front of the hair stylists and all the clients. She was stunned and couldn't believe she had just been kicked out of the hair salon by a man she'd never seen before. She was also shocked that her hair stylist did not contact her to reschedule (though she would not have done that anyway) or to check on her after being yelled at and disrespected. Apparently there was no concern for well being following such a publicly escalated incident

I was introduced to Sysko, my aesthetician for the evening, and from the moment we began, I felt completely at ease. Her calm demeanor and respectful approach made the entire experience truly exceptional. I was super nervous and told the hairstylist that I have a lot of anxiety around getting my hair done because last time I went, the hairstylist cut it way too short. I was explicit that I wanted my hair to stay long and just needed to trim the dry ends and maybe add some layers. Here's the sample photo I showed her, and this is what she gave me. I told her pretty much right away that it was too short, but it was too late at that point and it needed to be evened out. I get married in two months and have to completely change the hairstyle I envisioned for my wedding day now. Hairstylist told me multiple times that "hair grows back" which is the last thing you want to hear from your hairdresser. She gave me zero layers, when I reminded her I wanted layers she said she'd text me and let me come back another time for free to add them in but she never texted me. I'm not dropping her name because she's young and starting her career, but I am absolutely devastated by this. My hair was so special to me and with my wedding coming up so soon this is truly a nightmare. I was charged the full amount for the haircut even though she knew I wasn't happy.
