    Bumped up to 5 stars !!!! New location in RB!! Major upgrade! This place holds a special place in my heart! I visited this spot when it first opened over 9 years ago! Crazy! I've seen the changes of location and each one has been a step up from the previous! A good sign that the owner, Cat is doing something right. I love her passion, drive, and positivity! She really cares about her clients and their successes and that's why her business has flourished throughout the years. She has an amazing backstory of how she started her business. Follow your dreams! Truly inspiring woman. Location is just off the 15 Freeway so it's easy access with tons of parking. There's also restaurants and a nail salon if you want to pamper yourself nearby. The studio is on the second floor up a flight of stairs. The interior is open, bright, and inviting. The motivating wall quotes (my favs!) are displayed throughout their studio and even the bathroom stalls! Looooove it! The spin room is spacious and the perfect size to fit in spin bikes, weights, mats, and other equipment (see pics and videos). Everything is well-maintained, sanitized, and clean. The bathroom has showers and cubbies. An added bonus for those that need to go to work after. The workouts may sound like your average strength training,TRX, and spin class but there's something special about the people. Instructors are just as passionate and you can tell they are a supportive community with similar goals. I always feel welcome when I'm here. You won't get much of that at a standard gym. This seems more intimate and they even remember your name and cheer you on in class. How cool is that? Workouts vary, but I have tried the following: Spin Sculpt Fusion - My favs! TRX, Spin, and Strength Spin Core Bootcamp - Cat's class is hardcore !! They also have HIIT and Spin and online classes via OnDemand! You have so many options to workout and have fun at the same time! I take them through ClassPass and just recently bought a package since I enjoy a variety of workouts, but anything that involves spin will be my go to! They have great deals on packages that never expire. Locals also get their first class for FREE. Definitely give them a shot if you are in the area. You'll get hooked! I have only positive things to say about Studio Sweat and highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

    Studio Sweat has a beautiful location with lots of natural light and open doors for fresh air, it truly is a magnificent space to workout! More than that though, this is not just a gym, it's a studio, with heart, and caring trainers who provide stellar workouts with well thought out planning and precision! If you can't make it to the gym they offer online workouts as well, which will rival any other online program for the quality of the workout and variety of classes offered. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Studio Sweat, and consider my workouts with these awesome trainers life changing! Thank you to Cat and crew, you are all amazing!

    Has a beautiful facility. Classes are so effective and fun. Most of the time spinning but also lots of weights and core training.

    Best workout! Combines spin with strength training. The instructors are awesome. Great music with intense workouts, just what I needed!

It makes fitting the gym into my routine so much easier. From the beginning, the staff has been friendly, welcoming and helpful. Brandon especially made the whole process easy by taking the time to explain the membership options clearly and answer all of our questions. We really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. I've already tried the yoga and aqua fitness classes and loved both of them. The atmosphere is really positive and motivating. The only challenge is that the gym can get pretty busy at certain times, so some of the equipment is often occupied. I'm still figuring out the best times to come in for a smoother workout experience. Very excited to try the newly opened Glute Room next, and maybe Pilates too. Unfortunately, my experience with the account manager was disappointing. He did not introduce himself at the beginning of the call, and I had to ask for his name. As someone who was genuinely interested in rejoining, I expected a more welcoming and professional approach. I shared my history as a loyal member and explained that I was looking forward to coming back. However, the response I received felt transactional and dismissive. The tone came across as "this is the current deal -- take it or leave it," rather than an effort to understand my needs or build a relationship. The politeness and customer engagement that one would expect in a membership discussion were noticeably missing. As a returning customer, I hoped for a warmer interaction and a bit more effort in explaining options or acknowledging my previous loyalty. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I still believe in the value of LA Fitness but would appreciate a more customer-focused experience moving forward.

We were sitting in those little beach chairs, approx. 2 inches off the sand. They had already taken a walk down the beach and when getting out of their chairs I noticed they had to roll over onto their knees and hold onto the chair in order to stand up. That's the way I used to have to get out of a low sitting chair but these women are at least 10 years younger than I am. A little later when we were getting ready to go home, I heard one of my friends say, "Damn, girl! You just stood right up!!" and I realized she was talking to me. I have been working with Carl on my strength and personal fitness for more than five years and have progressively experienced the ease at which I do many, many everyday activities; like walking up steps with bags of groceries, picking up items off the ground, getting serving bowls off a high shelf while standing on a step-stool, rearranging outside planter pots in the patio, moving 40 pound bags of cat sand, and - standing up from a low seated position without even noticing!!! Several years ago, I realized that I needed to address what happens to a person's strength and basic abilities as they age. I knew that in order to even just maintain what I had, I needed to start working at it. I am ever so grateful to Carl for working with ordinary people like me and keeping us all on the road of health and well-being. I am also aware of the amazing athletes he works with, who I'm sure are as grateful as I am for his intuition and significant expertise. He has managed to not only keep me strong but has (as I'd described earlier) coached me into being so much stronger than ever before. I believe wholeheartedly that he understands what I need; what I can do; and what I will be working toward. Included are photos of me doing a few typical routines. As my physician's records show, I have been able to increase my muscle mass, reduce body fat, stabilize my weight, significantly improve flexibility, and maintain excellent bone density ...just to name a few effects. Yes, I've been consistent and persistent. None of it is "easy." It's actually rather funny how just when the routine begins to feel easy - Carl changes it!! Which is of course, perfect! Carl was fantastic with setting me up with a program that challenged me and allowed me to progressively get stronger with each session. He is not your typical personal trainer. He is thorough and passionate about his work and explains not only how to do the exercise but how the specific exercise fits into the bigger picture of the overall program. Carl also offers a simple approach to nutrition. I sent him my typical daily diet (the real way I eat, ice cream and all) and he suggested a few easy and doable ways to improve it (I still get ice cream!) He will hold you accountable and consistently push your performance. He will expand your view of yourself and what you are capable of. I definitely recommend him!
