Staff is super friendly and it's such a great workout Parking can be rough. Depending on the time of day. Get there early so you have plenty of time. But for my late morning classes, I usually have no trouble finding Street parking. Keep in mind you do have to pay the meter though.

It was the first Pilates studio I've ever been to and it remains the best out of all of the subsequent ones I've tried when I'm out of town. It's Lagree so a thorough butt-kicking is guaranteed, but I've never felt more fit in my entire life (and I used to have hours-long dance practices 5 days a week on top of having dance classes for my minor). I'd be lying if I said classes weren't a little bit pricey, but it makes it so worth if you commit to doing a membership (it basically pays itself; it's girl math, really). There are a handful of instructors depending on the days and times you attend. They're all pretty helpful with helping you fix your form and answering any questions you have, and it's always nice to be around people who are motivated and genuinely seem like they want to be there. I can't imagine my life without PLNK anymore and am forever praying that they branch out to more locations in the US so I don't have to settle for something else in my travels.

While this studio is a little older, it seems to have friendlier and more interactive clientele. The location is perfect for me when coming home from work and wanting to go straight to a class. Mostly, I take a class here over the weekend or late at night during the weekdays. Some of the reformers may show some wear and tear, but they do a great job maintaining. They use a sprayer and washcloth for cleaning purposes, which I actually prefer more than the disposable wipes as it decreases the amount of garbage output. The instructors are very friendly! This is a nice studio to workout in, and I enjoy the bonus interactions as well. The classes are a lot more varied here, and I can usually find an open spot for certain classes I want to take without having to sign up for it weeks in advance.

I don't want to be one of those folks who talks about working out all the time (hehe...you know 'em) but I will tell you I crave my time on the reformer. It clears my mind and resets my body. I stand taller, am stronger, leaner and my range of motion is dramatically different than it was a year ago. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills and am fully dedicated to my practice. I cannot recommend this studio and staff more highly. The staff are truly amazing!!!! When I step in the door I know it's a community where I want to be. The people are great, they (instructors, staff and members) want the same things I want. They are helpful and will take extra time to ensure members are confident in their work on the reformer. There are lots of class options and the staff are consistently looking to add more to keep up with the demand. If you think you cant do this I challenge you to try! Your body is entirely capable, I am proof. Reformer pilates at Club Pilates Brentwood is part of my life and I am SO MUCH better because of this studio and the people there. Shout out to Tanya and Lee...these two instructors (and my most attended classes) are AMAZING! They are truly goals and when I am out of town or unable to attend I miss it so much. What are you waiting for?!

I visited recently during a weekend stay and was pleased to squeeze in a quick workout. I found the staff to be friendly and the facility to be clean, albeit it felt a bit outdated. I did not take any of the classes or experience the cafe, but was pleasantly surprised at the offerings available. I believe there are local "members" that workout here regularly, but can't speak to the pricing or local experience. What I can say is that if you are looking to stay at the Chase Park Plaza and interested in working out during your visit, this gym should help sway your decision to do so! It's a great location in the heart of the city... I hope to return again in the future!

Now the equipment. They have everything you can dream of. Free weights, weight machines, cardio, etc. Every cardio machine has its own television. You can always find a spot to workout in. They have different classes that you can take like spinning, yoga, Pilates, etc. In the summer they have some yoga classes on the roof. They also have personal trainers. The locker rooms and showers are always clean. No need to bring a lock for the lockers - they're electronic. Would I come back here? Yes, we have been members for the past two years and as long as I can walk, I'm going.

Great exercise classes at a competitive price…read more I joined TruFusion a few months ago and have been going to several of their classes on a weekly basis. The price is around $115 per month and I started on one of their holiday deals which were super affordable ($1 per month!). It's definitely more affordable than other options in the area. They have a variety of classes like Pilates, HIIT, cycling, boxing. And many of their classes are heated which definitely gives an added challenge. They have good parking and a decent spread of classes at different times. The instructors have all been great, there hasn't been one I don't like. The staff has always been professional and accommodating here. The music during the classes can be pretty loud so that's one thing to be aware of before you come. I'm very happy with my membership and would recommend it to people looking for an affordable, engaging, and motivating exercise membership.

I loved: the teacher had the class moving the entire time but reiterated many times, slow down, take a break as needed, use a lighter weight... I felt all of these could have been directed to me. I was the 68 YO former athlete in the studio. I had my hip replaced in June 2025 so I was not looking good. But I did fairly well for my first fitness class in 30 plus years. I enjoyed the up tempo music and could tell all the stretches were working out my body, which I have desperately needed. I but I was around 3 times the average age of the class so I appreciated that no one was laughing at me nor asked me if I needed help getting up from my mat. I will definitely be back! I attended Friday nights class here at the Foundry location.
