IYKYK The sauna is very nice and other than the sink area and sometimes the shower, the locker rooms are kept surprisingly clean. They do a fairly good job of fixing broken machines except the drinking fountains currently haven't worked right for over 6 months, the dryers in the bathroom are often and continue to be broken, but broken machines seem to get fixed quicker. Obviously it gets mobbed around 5-7pm on weekdays. If you can't work around to get a good work out in, avoid those times. I'm not sure this spot would ever cap their capacity or memberships. All in all I love this spot and will continue to go. It fits the bill for convenience, clientele vibe, and machine/service options

Maximize your strength training with tangible, trackable data. Coaches that put in the time and thought to the fitness and health of a demographic that is not one size fits all. The perfect Ph balanced water, whatever the heck that means. Weaknesses: You must get out of bed. You'll be sore. It never gets easier. Costs more than the Y. Getting used to the new, tastier water. Overall, I really like it. I see the results and recommend working out or doing some other physical activity at least one other time a week. Eat right. Treat your brain well. It is HIIT, some days are cardio focused, some are resistance focused, and some will just torch your entire body. To me F45 is efficient, effective, and encourages people to live a healthy lifestyle. Efficient: Weekday classes are 45 minutes. No time wasted. I love it especially because it holds me accountable to the active and rest times. I still go to Gold's however balancing my fitness with F45 has been life changing for me. When I am at Gold's, I obviously control my own rest times so technically I could be resting too long. At F45, you are going as soon as the screen goes green. Effective: 45 minutes of intense and I mean intense movements. If you are starting out in fitness, do not worry, you can always modify any exercise. The trainers of course will help you with that. For those who have been working out for a while, this will still kick your bum, trust me! Encourages: People make the difference. You will hear others say great job! or gives someone a high five once class is over. The trainers at this location are super fun and motivating. The layout is the same as any F45. It is clean and tidy. They have wipes so you know that the equipment is sanitary. Bathrooms are very clean. They have showers, I have not used them however they are in tip top shape. There are lockers for your belongings. There is a fountain where you can fill your bottle without the mouthpiece of the bottle touching anything; it's automatic. Some places do not have this type of fountain. The layout of the classes are great, I am never shoulder to shoulder with anyone because who wants to be when you are glistening in sweat?! Child care is offered at the 930am session. I normally attend the 615am class to be perfectly fit in work day. A few thoughts after joining CG Squad for 2 months: 1) The 615am class is quite early for me, though it completely refreshed my work day 2) There are a few things I love about CG Squad. They have different types of workouts every day of the week to cover cardio and weight training of all muscle groups. I felt much stronger and it motivated me positively on better lifestyles. 3) CG Squad is not only a gym. It's an encouraging family. I find it fun to go to coffee with the group after classes and the Courtney's run club.

While this studio is a little older, it seems to have friendlier and more interactive clientele. The location is perfect for me when coming home from work and wanting to go straight to a class. Mostly, I take a class here over the weekend or late at night during the weekdays. Some of the reformers may show some wear and tear, but they do a great job maintaining. They use a sprayer and washcloth for cleaning purposes, which I actually prefer more than the disposable wipes as it decreases the amount of garbage output. The instructors are very friendly! This is a nice studio to workout in, and I enjoy the bonus interactions as well. The classes are a lot more varied here, and I can usually find an open spot for certain classes I want to take without having to sign up for it weeks in advance.

I don't want to be one of those folks who talks about working out all the time (hehe...you know 'em) but I will tell you I crave my time on the reformer. It clears my mind and resets my body. I stand taller, am stronger, leaner and my range of motion is dramatically different than it was a year ago. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills and am fully dedicated to my practice. I cannot recommend this studio and staff more highly. The staff are truly amazing!!!! When I step in the door I know it's a community where I want to be. The people are great, they (instructors, staff and members) want the same things I want. They are helpful and will take extra time to ensure members are confident in their work on the reformer. There are lots of class options and the staff are consistently looking to add more to keep up with the demand. If you think you cant do this I challenge you to try! Your body is entirely capable, I am proof. Reformer pilates at Club Pilates Brentwood is part of my life and I am SO MUCH better because of this studio and the people there. Shout out to Tanya and Lee...these two instructors (and my most attended classes) are AMAZING! They are truly goals and when I am out of town or unable to attend I miss it so much.
