Whenever I don't have time to go... I just do a 15 minute HIT workout like hot cycle or hot blast! ! And then when I have more time, I do one of their several options for ISO workouts! I used to get bored easily with a gym...I hated thinking about what I was going to do and how I would look compared to others who have been working out forever! Well, with Hotworx, you usually have your session to yourself in a sauna! It is also relaxing...and I credit it to helping me get off blood pressure pills! I LOVE HOTWORX!!!!!!!!!

The owner truly goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and before I was even a member she offered me multiple VIP cards to come in and make sure I liked the facility before I actually signed up. The owner went out of her way to call me and check on me and ask me questions to get to know me better as well as see what I did or did not like, and asked if I had any questions. I work in healthcare and I really thought it was even more sweet that the owner was accommodating to my schedule and trying to help me out with being on a budget offering me ways that would work with my budget while still being able to take care of myself and do a little bit of self-care. There are a lot of these locations but I would drive out of my way to come to this one because of how welcoming and personable the owner as well as all the staff that she hires are. I do know she owns a second location in rock Hill and I can only imagine that the team is just as amazing

I think I've been here enough times to give this place a review…read more I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!

They're great for stretching, yoga, barre, and are typically not crowded. You should definitely check out this gym! Ps the patio is great!

He was told he had access to kids clubs with his basic membership and I paid to have the second tier so I also had access to kids club. Since 2021 we've been taking our kids here to kids club, as well as the club fitness in another state when we lived there. Ever since it updated to Club elite, we've had issues scanning into the kids club area. They let us in, we scanned in to drop our kids off and went to work out. Now notice, we've dropped our kids off TWICE since the switch and nobody has said anything. Today I asked at the front desk why my membership wasn't allowing me in and was told it's because we don't have access to kids club. Even though they very clearly had our kids info in their system and allowed us to drop them off, but apparently they said they have no record of us ever having access? And we used to drop my oldest daughter off multiple times a week prior to the transition to Elite. Their answer was that they could upgrade us to the next tier. The price? Double what we currently pay monthly. Or we could reach out to their customer support as if that's going to do anything. So apparently loyalty means absolutely nothing. My husband and I will be switching to a new gym just on the principle, at the very least if you're going to remove access it needs to be communicated with your members

Found in the little business center in the THF Valley by the hilton, F45 is a new workout brand to the STL area. The facility is large, with cubbies and sweat towels, along with a few showers for those on the go. Chelsea & Levi clearly care about growing their own community of happy, supportive, enthusiastic members that know each other. Out of 5 workouts I've taken, they've both been there, cheering us on, checking our form, high fiving between stations. The workouts: Alternating between cardio and resistance days, each workout varies from the prior of that same format, moving quickly between sets and stations. For someone new to working out, the number of stations and where to go next may seem intimidating, but there's a video screen showing each move, and where to go next, plus they show the moves before starting. For the seasoned athlete such as myself, I've enjoyed the mix of equipment used in New ways. Trx, pull up bars, rowers, ropes, and even sledgehammers have been some recent accessories I've enjoyed. The equipment/workouts can all be modified for whatever level of fit someone's at, but my recommendation is to know some basic weightlifting terms and form before trying F45 - not that you can't learn them during class, but so you can max the time during each station working instead of learning. So far, the classes have been fun, challenging, & welcoming.
