Tim is an amazing coach who motivates you to do and be better! His energy is as intense as the workouts! Classes start at 5am everyday. Boxing is incorporated into Tuesday and Thursday classes. Each class is different which keeps things diverse, avoiding boredom. Classes are group workouts so you have fellow gym goers supporting and motivating you. IYKYK The sauna is very nice and other than the sink area and sometimes the shower, the locker rooms are kept surprisingly clean. They do a fairly good job of fixing broken machines except the drinking fountains currently haven't worked right for over 6 months, the dryers in the bathroom are often and continue to be broken, but broken machines seem to get fixed quicker. Obviously it gets mobbed around 5-7pm on weekdays. If you can't work around to get a good work out in, avoid those times. I'm not sure this spot would ever cap their capacity or memberships. All in all I love this spot and will continue to go. It fits the bill for convenience, clientele vibe, and machine/service options

What's not sad about this workout tool is that it beats any set of squats or lunges that a human could do on his/her own! For lack of a better explanation, it's a workout machine that offers several levels of vibration (hence the name) where you can work out OR get a nice healthy massage. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and shown around the gym. The class itself was packed, and for good reason. The instructor, Grace, was energetic, motivating, and did an absolutely fantastic job of providing clear cues for what we were doing, and prepping for the movements we would be transitioning into. I am curious to check out the variety of other classes, and will definitely be back. It's worth noting that I live 30 minutes away, and the fact that I am planning to make the drive speaks volumes.
