Enjoyed the experience. Haircut was good Jayme did the cut. Great price. Took a while to find…read moresomeone who did such a good job.

I decided to get my hair done here because I get my nails done here, and the stylist was…read morerecommended to me. The stylist assured me that my hair would turn out exactly as the inspo photo. The stylist applied lightener and black dye at the same time and rinsed them together, which caused the black to grab onto the blonde and turned my hair blue. She told me it would fade out in a few washes, and that she could do that here today or apply a toner, or that I could go home and use baking soda and peroxide on it. I opted for her to fix it, because I am not a hair stylist and was afraid of making it worse. When the stylist couldn't fix it, I was understandably upset because I'm paying for a service that ultimately I was unhappy with and honestly felt ugly in. The stylist then blamed me for my service taking 5 hours, and said she didn't know what to do to make me happy. She repeatedly told me that it wasn't a big deal, which I'm sure to her it wasn't, because it isn't her head or self esteem that was affected here. I have an extremely hard time speaking up for myself in situations like this, and stylists like her are why. I am happy for everyone else that has had a wonderful experience with her, but I honestly feel like she ruined my hair, and wasted my time and money. In this economy no one can really afford to just throw away $170, so luckily she knocked $30 off and I only wasted $140 I guess. I feel so ugly now. I don't think my hair was that bad before I got it done. I wish more than anything that I had never made this appointment. I will update this review with the inspo photo and a photo of what my hair looks like now once I don't feel like throwing up and crying when I look in the mirror or the phone camera. I don't think that Jayme is a bad stylist per se, my haircut from what I can tell is fine, but I do think that she is absolutely not professional and has poor business practices considering I got blamed for her messing my hair up and having to leave unhappy. Here is my update after sleeping on it: I never needed my hair to look 1 for 1 exactly like the inspo pictures, and I had told her as much in our text messages prior to the appointment, but since she kept saying it was going to look EXACTLY like it throughout the service, I had high hopes. That is part of why I am so upset. My hair looks nowhere near any of the inspo photos I sent her, and has way more black in it than I asked for during the brief consultation. For anyone that reads this, I've decided to not post photos of what my hair looks like here for my own mental health and sanity. The only people who are going to see this disaster are the stylist who did it, the stylist who is fixing it, and unfortunately my husband. Believe me or don't, but she absolutely ruined my hair. It is going to take a lot of money, time, and damage to my hair to fix this. I made an appointment with another stylist that I do know and trust but fixing my hair is likely going to take more than one session, and in the meantime I'm not even comfortable going to get groceries with the way it looks. If you've never booked at Bella Salon & Spa, and you're considering it still after reading this review, this is my warning to you. I know from experience that IF you're unhappy with how your hair looks, the stylist will blame you and make you feel like this is your fault. She will guilt trip you with her personal life, and make you feel bad for being unhappy, AND she will gaslight you about how your hair actually looks. I wish more than anything that I had never made this appointment. I wish that I had at least trusted my gut feeling after she initially rinsed me. But, I tried to trust her and let her fix it. A note to the stylist: if you're not comfortable providing a service or know that a service is outside of your realm of abilities, inform your client of such so that they don't have to waste money or feel this bad about themselves. It's okay to not know how to do something, but it's not okay to mess someone's hair up, blame them, and make them pay for your mistakes. I posted the same review on google as well, and Jayme was my stylist. I've also decided to add photos of what I left looking like after speaking to her again. In response to the comment from the stylist: Yes, in this economy no one can afford to throw $140 down the drain. I don't have extra cash lying around to burn, anyhow. I did not say you damaged my hair - I said it is ruined. It looks terrible. Fixing it WILL cause damage. I was relieved that you weren't going to have to lift my natural color to make me copper. Any demeanor changes during my service before seeing the mess of a final product were because I was exhausted, which I said repeatedly while I was there yesterday. I would also like to add that I requested to know the products used on my hair to pass that info to the stylist that is fixing my hair so that she will better know how to fix it, and Jayme refused unless I remove my review.

I love this place and all the staff. I live in Lake Wylie and will make the drive every 2 weeks or…read moreso to get my lashes done with Rebecca, one of the owners. I adore her and no one can do the amazing job that she can. She's a doll and to know her is to love her. She brings a peaceful yet uplifting energy to everyone she comes in contact with. I've referred several people there and the great thing about that is that using their referral program , I get a discount as well as the person I referred there. SCORE!! Kristin is the other Co-owner and does an amazing job on my hair. If she's not available I have gone to the other girls Lilly & Leanne & always walk out feeling great. They offer so much more than hair needs and amazing individual lash extensions..... you will hands down get the best spray tan in town. They have celebrity clientele that come there prior to fashion shows, local events, body building competitions, beauty pageants to get that gorgeous tan/glow because they know it's the best. Even if you are like me and not celebrity clientele, they sure make you feel like it. Go to their website and sign up for the email list to get notices of all the amazing offers they have and new services. You don't just get a haircut, you get tips and education and suggestions on what products will be best for your hair style, type and desired look. They use an amazing product line called Living Proof, Co-owned by the lovely and talented Jennifer Aniston. It's transforming is all I can say. You can buy the products there and it's so affordable and less than buying them elsewhere. They treat their clients like family and when it's time to go I hate leaving. These girls aren't just interested in making you even more beautiful , they care deeply for the community and giving back. They are heavily involved in raising supporting charity events and raising money to help with cancer research. They participate in many causes and I don't think you'll find that in too many salons these days. Just check out their website! Also, you MUST ask about the Esthetican services and products. They are incredible and affordable. In this Glamorous Salon you are made to feel like the Star. It's all about you. I will drive 1-1.5 hours thru 77 traffic to see the best! So much talent under one roof! How fortunate for me ( and you ). Oh and their Blow outs are a treat. Go for it. Your hair will thank you. You'll be so glamorous and you can go 2 days with that gorgeous coiffe without having to do anything but touch it up ! Love them !

Every single one of us was thrilled with the result and got exactly what we requested. One of my bridesmaids gets anxious when having anything near her eyes, and they were so patient with her and talked her through every step. Would definitely return to them again for beauty services!

I have only had a blowout a few times in my life, but it really does improve my mood. As someone who doesn't know how to do "hair stuff", I love the idea that I can just get a fun wash, dry, and style to switch it up the usual. Weirdly enough there just aren't many blow-dry bars in Greensboro. I was so happy when a Yelp event helped me discover Blowouts & Bubbles. I decided the first time that I went that when my birthday came around I was gonna return and treat myself. Love that you have the option to book online (can call as well). It was also super easy to adjust your appointment (as a more preferred time slot opened up). You can't walk into this place and not smile. So many fun things to look at for purchase and lots of their signature pink and green colors. While waiting for my stylist I was offered beverage. As it was my birthday, I selected a glass of bubble Processo of course. They have many drink options (sparkling water, tea, wine, and mimosas). This touch just adds to the specialness of the experience. Brandy was great. She was extremely personable and great at keeping the conversation going. I was getting a Signature Blowout . This service also includes getting your hair washed. So typically a blowout is styles your hair as it dries with no curling or flat iron involved. But I did sign up for the extra Hot Tool Styling for a small additonal fee as I wanted to ensure a more dramatic and glamorous look for my birthday party that evening. After the wash, Brandy asked me a few questions on what look I wanted and she got to work. My hair is naturally flat and straight so I told her I wanted volume and curls. The say this service should take an hour, but with Brandy's expertise I as out of there in about 40 minutes. I was very happy with the result and the style held all night (with the smooth and sleek feel continuing into the next day). I received many compliments and everyone asked where I got it done (they all knew I couldn't have done that myself). This blowout really helped me to feel happy and beautiful! Check this place out for your next special occasion (they do complete updos too) or just when you wanna do something nice for yourself and your hair!
