When I called on 9/2 for another facial at noon on 9/24, Barbara booked me for 1pm instead. On 9/5 I called back, and spoke to Barbara, I told her AGAIN that I couldn't do 1pm. So, I she rebooked me for October instead. However, the original incorrect Sept appointment was never canceled (I kept getting text messages about it and had to call AGAIN on 9/22 to get it canceled again), and the new Oct appointment was never booked!! On 10/14, I called AGAIN and this time asked for a refund for the remaining two facial ($164) as I was unsuccessful in getting them booked. The woman on the phone put me on hold so that I could speak to the owner. When Barbara came to the phone, she said she wouldn't give me a refund and would have to talk to the owner. I said, "You ARE the owner, and I know you can give a refund." She said she had to talk to the other owner (aka: her husband, Ron) and would call me back right away. That was 2 WEEKS ago, and I yet to receive a phone call.

I have 1 problem , I have tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with anyone there. I left messages with Kellie and Bekah, then I lost Bekah's card and number. I had to call Kellie , just left msgs. First I just wanted to schedule shampoo and blowout. I could not raise my arms that much. I did shampoo my hair , but for several weeks I wanted a blowout, by now my hair and roots have grown out.
