This business is not reputable!!…read more In July, I purchased a package of 3 microcurrent facials, including tip, with Barbara (the owner). I had one facial on 8/8. When I called on 9/2 for another facial at noon on 9/24, Barbara booked me for 1pm instead. On 9/5 I called back, and spoke to Barbara, I told her AGAIN that I couldn't do 1pm. So, I she rebooked me for October instead. However, the original incorrect Sept appointment was never canceled (I kept getting text messages about it and had to call AGAIN on 9/22 to get it canceled again), and the new Oct appointment was never booked!! On 10/14, I called AGAIN and this time asked for a refund for the remaining two facial ($164) as I was unsuccessful in getting them booked. The woman on the phone put me on hold so that I could speak to the owner. When Barbara came to the phone, she said she wouldn't give me a refund and would have to talk to the owner. I said, "You ARE the owner, and I know you can give a refund." She said she had to talk to the other owner (aka: her husband, Ron) and would call me back right away. That was 2 WEEKS ago, and I yet to receive a phone call.

At first, I was really excited about my laser hair removal treatment for my chin here. So I showed…read moreup for my consultation. The lady at the front desk is consistently rude. But that's okay, because I'm not really here to deal with her. I had a Groupon for three sessions, but they told me that my first session was half off, so I decided to save it for the full priced sessions. Firstly, for all my sessions, I was made to wait longer than necessary. For the first session, they needed a doctor to come in and assess me first, but I was made to wait for her forever! Once she arrived, all she did was asked me if I had any allergies, and then signed a sheet of paper and left. Really? You made me wait 20 minutes for that? These guys seem to have no regard to clients' time. Anyway, my first session was great! It was with Darryl (Darren?) -- it's the only guy that works there so you'll know. He was amazing! I loved him so much! After he treated my chin, my hair didn't start regrowing until the fifth week -- just like he said it would, My second session was okay, but I don't think she did a good job with the laser. My hair was gone, for the moment, but regular strands started growing only on the right half of my chin in 2 weeks! That's not good. The left half is still okay, and it has been almost 4 weeks. But if only one part of my chin hairs are growing earlier than they should, something wasn't done right. The real turn off came when the rude lady at the front desk told me I couldn't use my Groupon because it was "only for new customers." Aren't I still a new customer? This is my first treatment, just the second session of an ongoing treatment. And if only first time customers can use Groupons, then why do they allow people to buy more than one for themselves? The Groupons after the first one will be invalid then because they would not longer be first time customers. What a scam! I'll be continuing my treatment elsewhere at another time. For now, I'll go back to epilating and shaving. In the meantime I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Laser hair removal treatments can get pretty expensive, so if you are spending that much, better find a place that will do a good job of customer service.
