As an African American child, she was ridiculed and teased by other children about her hair. Literally, 80% of her hair fell out. At this point, we had to start over with her new growth and braids, and she still refuses to cut the little bit of hair she has left. I've heard great reviews about this place, that's why I trusted them to do my daughters' hair. But they made a terrible mistake with one. The other twin, who has fine hair, where her sister has thick hair...her hair turned out wonderfully. Based on that alone, I will give them 3 stars. But I will never be back. Next time they make a mistake, they need to own up to it. But don't make it seem like a long time when I complained 2 months after the visit.
