Of course they said it was because I have a lot of hair. I let them know it's not my fault y'all did not look at my hair first. Long story short I paid $45. I was told next time it will be $50. No problem I will not be gracing your doors again. I suggest they give people a price up front and stick with the price you quote. Very unprofessional. Oh, they take a picture of your hair (didn't know they were doing this) and send to the owner to get a price. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Stay away.
