She said that Mary Lea didn't have any more appointments but I guess I would have had to pay another $270 if she reschedule me anyway. I am in tears. I had taken my daughter to Colleen for quite a while years ago and really liked her and she did a great job. This appointment was with Mary Lea. I can't get my hair cut or colored at this point because I just gave them $270. Please be careful. I will never go her again. Obviously.

They said the price was $45 which is much cheaper than what I pay where I live. The issue is that the girl that cut my hair is just learning ( therefore the price I assume) I could have someone at home do my haircut. I don't mind someone learning but another senior person at the salon should have come to review and show this girl how to do it better, so right now I'm still in need of a good haircut and out of $55 with the tip. They only had 1 stylist cutting girls so waited 30+ mins while all others stylists turning the boys over like crazy (they did acknowledge the long wait and they'll be right with us) Finally Ms. W cut our little one (1.5yrs) first and nothing spectacular. Then our 5 years old turn it was such a bad job & Ms. W said because she had her neck crooked watching TV. We asked to asked her to make both sides match instead of leaving it lopsided and she tried to layering it but ended up looking awful. She finally said she can't do anything else because it would be too short if she keeps trying to fix it. Told our little girl we'll try to find an experienced stylist to fix in front of her and she never offer to compensate or anything. Upon checking out, we mentioned it to the check out person and they said we can try to go to their GSO location and give another stylist as try. Got charge without any attempts at making it right. $25 for each for fancy chair experience. Ended taking 1.5 hr for both our girls. Great Clips ended up fixing and way cheaper and under 30 mins. They specialize in kids hair and kids move around or hold their head crooked. We shouldn't have to tell that the haircut is crooked when told they're done. Aweful stylists, bad management, wouldn't NOT recommend them at all. Save your money and time and avoid this overpriced "kids' haircut" experience! Wish I could give them 0 star.

Your kid has sensory issues? They've got you. Your kids needs to be distracted? Let them play Minecraft. They get to sit in floating vehicles instead of chairs for crying out loud.
