Enjoyed the experience. Haircut was good Jayme did the cut. Great price. Took a while to find…read moresomeone who did such a good job.

I decided to get my hair done here because I get my nails done here, and the stylist was…read morerecommended to me. The stylist assured me that my hair would turn out exactly as the inspo photo. The stylist applied lightener and black dye at the same time and rinsed them together, which caused the black to grab onto the blonde and turned my hair blue. She told me it would fade out in a few washes, and that she could do that here today or apply a toner, or that I could go home and use baking soda and peroxide on it. I opted for her to fix it, because I am not a hair stylist and was afraid of making it worse. When the stylist couldn't fix it, I was understandably upset because I'm paying for a service that ultimately I was unhappy with and honestly felt ugly in. The stylist then blamed me for my service taking 5 hours, and said she didn't know what to do to make me happy. She repeatedly told me that it wasn't a big deal, which I'm sure to her it wasn't, because it isn't her head or self esteem that was affected here. I have an extremely hard time speaking up for myself in situations like this, and stylists like her are why. I am happy for everyone else that has had a wonderful experience with her, but I honestly feel like she ruined my hair, and wasted my time and money. In this economy no one can really afford to just throw away $170, so luckily she knocked $30 off and I only wasted $140 I guess. I feel so ugly now. I don't think my hair was that bad before I got it done. I wish more than anything that I had never made this appointment. I will update this review with the inspo photo and a photo of what my hair looks like now once I don't feel like throwing up and crying when I look in the mirror or the phone camera. I don't think that Jayme is a bad stylist per se, my haircut from what I can tell is fine, but I do think that she is absolutely not professional and has poor business practices considering I got blamed for her messing my hair up and having to leave unhappy. Here is my update after sleeping on it: I never needed my hair to look 1 for 1 exactly like the inspo pictures, and I had told her as much in our text messages prior to the appointment, but since she kept saying it was going to look EXACTLY like it throughout the service, I had high hopes. That is part of why I am so upset. My hair looks nowhere near any of the inspo photos I sent her, and has way more black in it than I asked for during the brief consultation. For anyone that reads this, I've decided to not post photos of what my hair looks like here for my own mental health and sanity. The only people who are going to see this disaster are the stylist who did it, the stylist who is fixing it, and unfortunately my husband. Believe me or don't, but she absolutely ruined my hair. It is going to take a lot of money, time, and damage to my hair to fix this. I made an appointment with another stylist that I do know and trust but fixing my hair is likely going to take more than one session, and in the meantime I'm not even comfortable going to get groceries with the way it looks. If you've never booked at Bella Salon & Spa, and you're considering it still after reading this review, this is my warning to you. I know from experience that IF you're unhappy with how your hair looks, the stylist will blame you and make you feel like this is your fault. She will guilt trip you with her personal life, and make you feel bad for being unhappy, AND she will gaslight you about how your hair actually looks. I wish more than anything that I had never made this appointment. I wish that I had at least trusted my gut feeling after she initially rinsed me. But, I tried to trust her and let her fix it. A note to the stylist: if you're not comfortable providing a service or know that a service is outside of your realm of abilities, inform your client of such so that they don't have to waste money or feel this bad about themselves. It's okay to not know how to do something, but it's not okay to mess someone's hair up, blame them, and make them pay for your mistakes. I posted the same review on google as well, and Jayme was my stylist. I've also decided to add photos of what I left looking like after speaking to her again. In response to the comment from the stylist: Yes, in this economy no one can afford to throw $140 down the drain. I don't have extra cash lying around to burn, anyhow. I did not say you damaged my hair - I said it is ruined. It looks terrible. Fixing it WILL cause damage. I was relieved that you weren't going to have to lift my natural color to make me copper. Any demeanor changes during my service before seeing the mess of a final product were because I was exhausted, which I said repeatedly while I was there yesterday. I would also like to add that I requested to know the products used on my hair to pass that info to the stylist that is fixing my hair so that she will better know how to fix it, and Jayme refused unless I remove my review.

I've had my nails done at Nails #1 by Anna, Tracie and Ann!…read more All did a nice job... That being said, the nail tech "Tracie" truly has an attitude problem! Not kidding! If ANYthing (chip/lifting) ever goes wrong with your mani, it's ALWAYS the customer's fault. Example: Gel Nail Polish peeling? Tracie: "Must've been your hand lotion" she KNOWS you put on because your hands were soft. What?! lol Hmm, did I? She said, "I FEEL your fingers, they are soft. You put lotion on them!" Really? IF you choose not to do the "higher-end full manis" and stick with a polish change, she won't rebook with you! Tracie "Sorry, I'm booked." Me: "Every day for the next two weeks?" Tracie "Yes, full. My 'friends' take care of you." Me: "Your friends?" Tracie "They do your nails." Another tech, Anna explained, then apologized to me for Tracie's words. (After they chatted about me in Vietnamese) I had my daughter call later to see if she actually had openings, and she did!!! She HAD openings!!! Tracie lied to me. Done w/ her disrespect. I've witnessed Tracie refusing to make an appointment with a walk-in, too. "Booked" when she clearly was not and she even told me so! The woman said, "what about tomorrow?" Tracie said, "Booked." After she left, Tracie said she "didn't like her." Wow. One day after she finished my gel, she put a little handlotion on my arm and then TOLD ME to "rub it in myself" because I "didn't pay extra for a FULL manicure." She's rude. I always left her a nice tip, too! Every single time! Past tense! DONE w/her. Last time she did my nails, I didn't like the original color I chose (I apologized, never did that w/her previously) and she said it was too late to change it. "Too late." I insisted, and then I suggested she simply put the new color on top of the one I didn't like. She did, (I was happy) but Tracie was clearly UNhappy grumbling/ complaining while doing it. These crazy rude nail experiences were an absolute first for me, and I've been getting my nails professionally done for 30 years! I do not feel like a valued customer with Tracie. :( Book with ANY of the other three nail techs. They are all professional and they're actually nice to their clients. As for me, NOT going back. The manager should not let her get away with this rudeness.

Definitely book your appointment! Rarely have walk in's available. Anne and Tracey (and the…read moregentlemen) all do nice work. Quiet atmosphere, clean, nice clients too.
