It helped a bit. I did give her feedback but I don't want to go back to get it fixed because I've been back once already and I'm not confident in her ability to fix it at this point. Jade gets me to an even better result in less than half the time, and the consistency of sticking with her keeps my color better and better every time. She's so knowledgeable and efficient. After years of being too scared to let anyone cut my hair, I finally trusted Jade enough to give me layers again. I can honestly say it is the best haircut I've ever had. I checked in a few minutes prior to my appointment just to make sure that I was arriving stress free. Upon arrival they confirmed my treatment and provided me with a little baggie for my jewelry and a quick survey to complete for my specialist. I was given clear instructions as to what to expect and was shown where the restrooms were (which I think is super helpful). Right on the dot, my specialist Tracy greeted me with such a calm and happy demeanor. She led me up the stairs to the treatment area above the salon and was completely mind blown as to how much of a transformation from the downstairs to the upstairs was. Tracy led me right to this cute little sitting area where she prepped the foot soak and then checked to make sure the water was the appropriate temperature and then asked if I would like some water or tea to drink. I opted for the tea while I was resting she had me preview some essential oils for use for the facial massage... and the rest is history... because after that... I was completely in la la land. I woke up with soft hands and arms, soft feet, destressed head and shoulders, hydrated face and a cleaning scalp with hair that you just want to run your fingers through. 10/10 would do this again... maybe even 2 weeks from now. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color. Rizza also has very chill energy and listens to your requests. I also needed to handle personal medical stuff during my appointment and she was very helpful about it.

The other place did a great job and for less money. UPDATE: I was told 5 minutes that turned into 30 minutes. You said my issue of narrowing big toe nails were just my age and not a result of gel. There was never any mention of CURLING or ingrown nails. and I agreed to leave everything as is. What's unfair is you trying to paint this as something it wasn't. People don't walk out feeling unsatisfied for no reason. And as far as the money, I always paid cash and tipped 30%. I didn't loose anything over this incident, on the other hand you lost a customer. The lack of communication and service is on you sir.
