My daughter came in to have her extensions tightened for all of 20 minutes last night (was originally told that it would cost $50/mo., which seems fair and reasonable) and while sitting in the chair getting it done was told that this minor maintenance process was going to cost her $200!!! And it would need to get done monthly!! Safe to say I'll be learning how to do this minimal procedure myself for her. Definitely not rocket science or worth that price. Don't go here. Grace is a life saver! A year ago I got a balayage treatment but there was a miscommunication. It ended up coming out really dark when I wanted to keep my light blonde color. This review is overdo. Worst haircut I've ever gotten by Ally and my hair is hard to mess up. My hair looked like two different haircuts. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My consultation was less than 30 seconds, it was the worst shampoo I've ever had at a higher end salon and my stylist barely shook my hand, smiled or asked what brought me in. The salon is gorgeous but I don't think they have a lot of continuing education for their new stylists. They will get you in as soon as they can but it's best to wait for "your girl" if you're looking for a good haircut and do not normally come here. I dropped $70 for this right after I had my baby and I regret getting childcare for this type of hair service. read more

She was great about listening to what I wanted and asked the right questions to get a good understanding of my lifestyle, and after showing her a few photos of cuts and colors I was drawn to, I let her do her surprise me with the color of my balayage. They were able to get in me quickly as I had an event coming up that week. My stylist was Amber, from the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted and offered water. Amber was warm and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted and went straight to work. I had about 4 inches of darker root grow out with the rest of my hair bleach blonde. I asked for low lights and highlights to make the blonde blend into my natural grow out for easy upkeep and lower maintenance. Amber was personable and made the entire experience enjoyable. The final product was incredible! It was exactly what I had asked for, looked natural and absolutely incredible. In the past 10 years I haven't found a stylist who was able to listen and give me exactly what I wanted... until now. I highly recommend Amber and the entire Salon. The owner, Emi was in the salon greeting customers and providing support to another stylist while being personable with clients. The majority of clients in the salon seemed to be long time, repeat clients who had relationship with their stylists making me feel confident in the salons ability to maintain happy clients and provide quality services. Right when I walked through the doors to the counter, I had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone came to greet me and asked if I had an appointment. A hair stylist saw that I was waiting and came to greet me and offered me a beverage. I told my hair stylist that I just wanted balayage highlights in caramel brown because my hair is black. She said she would add some sun-kissed highlights near the front of my face as well. After the consultation, she went to get my colors ready. It was a good experience. I enjoyed the head massage during the hair washing. My only complaint was that I was told my highlights would not turn into that brassy-orange color. I've noticed after 2 hair washes a couple of days later that the highlights at the bottom are somewhat more blonde than the rest of my hair. I basically have random highlights of caramel brown AND blonde. It's sort of cool but I just didn't expect that. I was warned that the caramel would turn lighter with washing, blow drying, and sun exposure though. read more

I started coming here a few years ago and can't believe I haven't left a review yet! This place is so cute and the owner, Emi, is amazing. Not only does she have this great salon but she has her own line of hair extensions called Locket. I'm in NO need of extensions as I have tons of curly hair but they are great quality and she even has celebrity clients because of the amazing quality. I think it's cool that a mother of 3 has the time to run a salon and invent a new type of hair extension I mean good Lord...girl power for sure. #momboss Anyway, She does my color and she's a genius.
