When checking out you will be offered a punch card to reward yourself after so many visits you get a discount which I haven't heard of any other salons doing this. I will definitely be coming back!!

The pedicure comes with a hot stone leg/foot rub which is totally amazing after you soaking your little toes in a hot bath. Then your calf's are massaged with hot oil & black stones which is very soothing all while sitting in a massage chair, the only thing missing would be a glass of wine. This place is very clean & the ladies are very friendly, I will definitely be a regular customer.

They have decent prices for that- $35 for basic pedicure and $20 for basic manicure. You still get the massage chair, the lotions, the leg and hand massage and the same care as if you were getting a more spendy option. I was impressed. No cut up cuticles, no pain, friendly staff and I literally walked in and walked out in 45 mins (my son was waiting with me so I actually didn't have an extreme amount of time). They did both hands and feet at the same time which is totally fine with me. Overall, I'd come here again and I might make this a more regular thing.

She argued with me loudly in front of the whole salon denying responsibility and refusing a refund. She claimed a regular polish manicure wont last. Well I've been getting them all my life and I know they should last more than 24 hours. She ended up throwing a $5 bill at me and claimed a mani costs $25 itself and $5 If you want polish. Highest price I've ever heard of. DO NOT GO if you want quality or respect. My moms pedicure looked like a child painted the design.

My toes look great but after finishing my toes the lady started ripping my acrylic finger nails off taking my real nails with it. I have never had a salon ripp my nails and not soak them [granted I'm new to this the nail scene I'm pretty sure that isn't a thing]. Most painful and upsetting experience ever. I complained about the pain before and during the removal and the lady said it was faster that way. Unexceptable. Never again! My nail looks like an over cooked hot dog. ‍

I put $15 down to secure my appointment on the app and they said that 15 will be deducted from my total. so $85 in total right? NOPE! Two days ago, I made an appointment with Tina & had her do a Shellac Manicure on my natural nails. I used to get gels else where, maybe once or twice a year. Gels are alright, but they often end up suffocating my nail bed. When I lived in Seattle, I had my nails done at Top Nail in Queen Anne. They had this shellac nail polish called Cat Eye Shellac. Ironically, I love all things cat eye, so this was a treat! I moved back to Anchorage at the end of August, so I had to find a nail salon that carried Cat Eye Shellac. Not only does Tina carry that line, she has many of the colors I love, and even a few new ones! Tina did an amazing job! I love the colors I ended up choosing. Being able to express myself really lifts my confidence, and Tina helped me with that. I will be back as a regular customer.
