I say do not show up at all if you won't make it coz you will hear how upset they are and will charge you for missing, a rule you didn't sign up for. Even if you called you needed to reschedule to allow them to pick up another walk when you are stuck with something. You show up to keep your word but you feel harassed for their set rules. It is unfortunate. I will support another small business that has empathy to their customers! This has poor communication of their ridiculous rules and you know it is all about the $$$! Is it really worth it to get this kind of review and lose customers? I am giving a 1 star just for the poor employee who diligently dug on my nails and deserves the only positive part of my ordeal...but for the atmosphere their administration created without legal consent, this is a red flag. It takes one person to take them to court which is imminent one day if they don't change their ways!

At $25 for a haircut, wash and blow dry, they aren't the least expensive option, but the quality of the work makes it worth it. Heads up though, they only accept cash - but they have an atm nearby.
