I love CorePower period. The sequences and the teachers across studios rarely disappoint. When you…read morefind one you love, it can be really awesome. Honestly the sequences are all relatively similar but it's something about the instructors alignment of their music to their sequence that resonates most with me when I practice. I generally do sculpt and so there's more beat to movement but I do love the C2s as well. I was a long time member until I moved out of the area. I would say that this studio gets a 4 star is because the time I attended the most, their heat was broken for a good 3 weeks and so classes were canceled. It made it difficult for a few weeks but also the studios are upstairs then the 2nd downstairs but you can't exit that way, you have to go up and back down to exit. I don't mind a few more steps added to my daily goal but it didn't make much sense. I did appreciate that it was handicap accesible though so maybe that's why.

I went in on a weeknight after reserving a Yoga Sculpt class via ClassPass and the woman at the…read morefront desk let me know that the class is conducted in near-100-degree heat, which wasn't advertised on their ClassPass class description. I think the woman was just used to folks who are pretty familiar with their setup, so she spoke at lightning speed and didn't really leave much room for questions. But once she asked if I had take a hot yoga class before, I was a little puzzled. I have, but I now have a medical condition that prevents me from feeling totally comfortable with taking that risk, so I specifically looked for yoga classes that weren't heated. (You wouldn't believe how hard that seems to be to find these days!) Once she let me know, I had to leave and unfortunately, I never got the credits back from ClassPass. The lack of cooler classes aside, the space was clean and sanitary. It seemed like it could be a nice place for a workout if they had something available that was up my alley.

Newbie, been here a little over a week and loving it. I can't remember the last time I was this…read moresore, but it has been over 3 years since I've had a real workout. Joining TruFusion is helping as I don't believe I would push myself like I am here on my own. This is a great way to start the new year. They offer a large list of classes, pilates, yoga, HIIT, Barre, yoga, some are a combo, heated and non-heated classes. The instructors are great, so far my favorites are Maria and Desirae. Both are clear in their instruction and were able to see my struggle to offer modifications in a very humble welcoming way. TruFusion makes it easier for me not having to think of a training plan. I book my classes on their app up to a week ahead and show up. The value for what I am getting is worth it. I kind of wish I would've done it sooner. They have some intro promos. I def recommend taking advantage.

I was devastated when TruFusion SF closed last weekend, as it was my favorite fitness studio in the…read morecity. I've tried several other fitness studios in SF, but nowhere comes close to comparing with TruFusion with its extensive class offerings, motivating instructors who made classes so fun that I got hooked on them, and pristine facilities. However, I'm happy that the Walnut Creek location exists to fill the void. While it's not as convenient as the SF location was since I have to commute from the city, I'm still super grateful and know it's so worth it. My first time taking a class at the Walnut Creek studio, I arrived after my class started due to some traffic slowdowns. I was fully aware of the studio's "no late entry" rule, so I asked if there was anything I could do and explained my situation. The front desk staff were extremely kind and offered to switch me to a different class that hadn't started yet. I ended up taking a hot power vinyasa class, something I hadn't gotten around to at the SF location. I was a little apprehensive, since I don't know the names of all the yoga positions, but I needn't have been concerned. The instructor gave clear instructions at a reasonable pace, and at no point was I confused. I'm so impressed and definitely want to take a vinyasa class again. It looks like, for the foreseeable future, I will be spending my weekend mornings getting my sweat on and feeling the burn at TruFusion Walnut Creek. Can't wait to take more classes!

This review is long overdue. I cannot thank the barre925 studio and community enough for everything…read morethey've given me. I've practiced barre at this amazing studio for many years, but after a serious back surgery, it truly became my haven during recovery and beyond. The owner, teachers, and staff are all phenomenal. They are incredibly talented and create such a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can build strength in both body and mind. If you're new to barre, this is an incredibly wonderful place to begin your practice.

I first discovered it during postpartum with my first baby, starting with the Baby Barre classes, and it was the perfect way to gently and confidently reintroduce myself to working out after having a baby. The Baby Barre classes were incredibly flexible, understanding, and judgment-free. There was no stress if your baby cried, and total support if you needed to stop mid-class to tend to your little one. Workouts were thoughtfully modified based on everyone's needs, and the instructor always tailored the class to what she was noticing in the room--if most moms were baby-wearing, we focused on standing exercises; if babies were mostly on the mat, the workout adjusted accordingly. As an added bonus, it was a great opportunity for my baby to practice tummy time while looking at herself in the mirror! Once I returned to work, I transitioned into the regular class offerings and was so happy to find a wide variety--sculpt, strength, barre, and stretch. All of the instructors are genuinely sweet, supportive, and motivating--but don't be fooled, they will definitely work you. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and well-run, and the class offerings are truly incredible. I'm so grateful for this place. It supported me through postpartum, helped me build consistency, and continues to be a space I look forward to coming back to week after week. Highly recommend!
