I took my first class here with Alex sometime last week through ClassPass. The only reason I'm not…read moregoing back yet is because I was recently laid off and had to pause my membership. With that said, I really want to highlight how amazing and attentive Coach Alex was. She was incredibly supportive and helpful , even going as far as telling me that if she ever saw my name on the class roster again, she'd put together a workout that focused less on legs because of my disability. That level of awareness and care meant a lot. The front desk attendant was also incredibly sweet. Overall, it was such an amazing experience. The workout itself was fantastic, and I genuinely cannot wait to go back when I'm able to reactivate my membership. Highly recommend!

I signed up for an introductory class, super easy via there app, it was $20. I got there about…read more20min early and was able to find a spot in the lot. Ya'll this place will get you in shape in no time. I tried the Lagree class. The instructor was so nice and allowed me to switch over from the Climb x Boot Camp class when I showed up. I was also able to purchase a pair of grippy socks onsite for about $10. The music was good, the lingo will take sometime to learn, but I appreciated the instructor coaching me and helping to position me in the right position, and gave me words of encouragement. There was only 7-8 ppl in the class so I wonder what it's like when it's full. I appreciated the work out bc it challenged me to push myself just a bit more. I had a good sweat and worked my upper body to the point where my arms were going to give out on me, half way through but I kept pushing just a little more. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales person trying to get me to purchase a membership. Now I can give it sometime and a proper think. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the staff to the members in the room. Nicolette was subbing from Danville and she was a great instructor. Provided me with a quick history about how Lagree was established. I definitely hope to come back and try the climber/boot camp class.

RUDE & DEMEANING ! I…read morewent in to inquire about plans & prices, rather than be straightforward and answer my question, he had me make an appointment to come in when I had more time. That's fine, nothing wrong with that so far. I went in for our scheduled appointment, he walked me thru the whole process. At the end, he tells me the price $600. I was shocked and said I would like to think about it. He IMMEDIATELY changed his demeanor toward me and was rude, condescending, and talked DOWN at me like I suddenly didn't deserve respect anymore bcus I wanted some time to consider. He was very unprofessional and threw a fit, he acted like a little child who didn't get his way. He ignored me as if I was no longer even in the room, only turning to speak to me to say demeaning things such as "I know you're going to go home and convince yourself you don't deserve the body you want, you don't deserve to meet your goals, you don't deserve to be happy" "you wont meet your goals and you'll be sorry." My self-esteem has nothing to do with the fact that I don't need to place that much monetarily value to meet my fitness goals. No disrespect to anyone who pays whatever amount of money in any way , just for me I do well in other programs as well, I came here just looking to vary it up. But what pisses me off is that this abusive, bullying tactic is very unhealthy to someone who might come here at a low place in their life and vulnerable! It's sickening! To act like an entitled brat who throws a fit, in BUSINESS. This is business, YOU chose to employ the business tactic of taking your time to walk a potential client thru a process before revealing your price that is fine, but don't act unprofessional and blame the client for YOUR choice in sales tactic. Had you told me the price upfront like I asked I would have kindly told you I need time to think about it from the beginning bcus I respect business people's time I will now be taking my money to another program

A colleague of mine trains here and she had a one-month pass that she was nice enough to gift to…read moreme. Back in 2013, I lost 40 pounds, strictly through cardio (running, elliptical, etc.) and making better food decisions. Where I was lacking was in the core strength department. This is what I really like about Fit 2 the Core -- I did semi-private training sessions that I felt were efficient, effective, tailored to my fitness level/ability and complimentary to my continued running routine. I mainly worked with Tim and Steve, who are both fantastic. Although I ultimately decided not to join, my experience was very positive. They have lots of class/training time options from early morning through evening, but still a challenge with my full-time work and grad school schedule. (I generally work out at 5:00 am before work and they don't have semi-private available that early.) I also have a gym membership, so I can't justify spending the additional money...at least at the present time. If you are serious about getting in shape and want to feel well taken care of, I highly recommend checking out Fit 2 the Core.
