I spent the next two days looking for it and asking multiple employees if they had seen it, but unfortunately, I had no luck. On Thursday night, I went back again, and Maria, one of the supervisors, was incredibly helpful and was able to find my backpack for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me and making sure I got it back. I also have to mention how incredibly clean the women's locker room always is, especially when Maria is working. You can tell she really cares about keeping everything nice. Thank you, Maria, for being so helpful and for taking such great care of the members! It really makes a difference.

That's some of the best tasting water I've ever had. Almost as good as water from the Alaskan glaciers. 5 stars Now the men's first stall toilet is a different story. That thing is a menace to society and should be locked away for a long time. You have a solid 30 seconds to take care of business, before it flushes. It's not a nice gentle flush either, that thing is flushing like a hurricane, splashing everything back up because it too powerful to be contained. it is on schedule the whole time. Don't ask me how I know. 1 star Next up is the phone service, I can't seem to get anything more than 2 bars if i am lucky. Really kills the vibe when someone's trying to break PRs for the local eye candy. 2 stars Lucky there's this a SUPER ATTRACTIVE guy that goes here, like got to be at least 6'3" muscled with sick tattoos. Kind of makes you forget all the negatives . With out him I would probably give this a 2.5 star review but since he goes there I'll have to give this place a solid 4 STARS OVER ALL

Since when is it Planet Fitness policy to ask members and their guests for identification like this? I understand if i did not have a membership but you can clearly see my membership in the system. I also explained that my guest is a minor, why would he even have an ID? The whole interaction came across as unnecessary and gave me major "wannabe manager" vibes. I understand employees have policies they need to follow, but there's a respectful way to handle things without making a long-time customer feel uncomfortable. After almost two years of being a customer, this experience was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. You can thank that employee for losing a customer.

Ya'll this place will get you in shape in no time. I tried the Lagree class. The instructor was so nice and allowed me to switch over from the Climb x Boot Camp class when I showed up. I was also able to purchase a pair of grippy socks onsite for about $10. The music was good, the lingo will take sometime to learn, but I appreciated the instructor coaching me and helping to position me in the right position, and gave me words of encouragement. There was only 7-8 ppl in the class so I wonder what it's like when it's full. I appreciated the work out bc it challenged me to push myself just a bit more. I had a good sweat and worked my upper body to the point where my arms were going to give out on me, half way through but I kept pushing just a little more. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales person trying to get me to purchase a membership. Now I can give it sometime and a proper think. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the staff to the members in the room. Nicolette was subbing from Danville and she was a great instructor. Provided me with a quick history about how Lagree was established. I definitely hope to come back and try the climber/boot camp class.

I stated "no" and he said "ok thanks..." and was about ready to hang up when I asked if he wanted to know why? He paused like he didn't know what to say and then said "uh, sure ok..." I asked him what the policy was in regards to the 5 day free pass, he stared "we don't offer those" which I replied it's on their site under Walnut Creek and he stated that the gym doesn't have control over the website which I said that if they advertise it they have to honor it but wanted to know why they don't honor those and he stated "we have high foot traffic so we don't need to offer it" I confirmed by asking "so you don't take any 5 day passes at all?" And he again replied "no we don't " so I asked again "so never then?" Which he answered he. When I told him that he was wrong because I know of someone who's used their 5 day pass 2 days in a row and questioned why they were able to use theirs he then stated "it's on a case by case basis" which I said "so you do accept them?" He stated "yea" so I asked "why did you say then that you never accept them but you do on a case by case basis? What constitutes the case by case?" He said they need to confirm that the person has never worked out there before and were local and needed to show proof that they're local" I stated "I wasn't even offered that, I was told flat out you don't honor 5 day passes and you yourself confirmed that but now you change your story? Why? Because I don't have boobs and this person did? Sounds shady and like discrimination to me"then he hung up. Also I had asked to speak with the gym's manager named Sidney, he said Sidney was out on a medical issue and said he isn't working and wouldn't contact me back which Enrique, the Sales Manager from the day before said that Sidney was working remote and would call me...I still haven't heard from him either. I've already lost between 5 and 10 pounds, and more importantly, I actually feel stronger and more confident in the gym. What sets Thiago apart is how patient and professional he is. He never made me feel rushed or judged -- he took the time to explain every exercise properly, correct my form, and adjust the workouts to my level. As someone who wasn't sure where to start, that made a huge difference. He keeps the sessions challenging but always manageable, and he genuinely cares about your progress. You can tell this isn't just a job for him -- he's invested in helping you reach your goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will actually get you results while making the process feel approachable and fun, Thiago is your guy. Best decision I've made for my fitness.

"This studio is beautiful," I said. She smiled. "The community is beautiful, too." She was right. Not all the light came from neon. The Guide: Anne * Hot Power Vinyasa Anne began by sharing something the yogis understood: Place your focus on the breath, and the mind can rest. She reminded us: This is a breathing practice; the breath, our anchor. Surya Namaskara A linked breath to movement. Then movement became a slow-moving dance. Pyramid led to Airplane. Airplane led to One-Legged Mountain. One-Legged Mountain led to Standing Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. And on and on we went. As we moved and held poses in the dark blue room, Anne kept bringing us back: Breathe. Create space with the breath. The Tribe: At the close, Anne thanked us for being there, for practicing together as part of this beautiful community. The words resonated. Later, in the locker room, women laughed and talked as they gathered their belongings. Some were doubling up and heading into another class. Others were talking about their weekend plans together. Class had ended. The connection hadn't. The Space & Place: TruFusion feels wonderfully playful: Bold pop-art murals. Neon lights along the hallways. Polished concrete floors carrying the glow from room to room. Open cubbies lining the walkways. And the yoga room: Large. Mirrored. Warm. Floating white globe lights. Bonus: Your first class is FREE. And for that first visit: * Mat provided * Mat towel provided * Face towel provided * Free parking in the garage next door (head to the 3rd floor) Field Note: Breath powered the practice; the people lit it up.
