It never feels generic or rushed everything we do has a purpose. One thing that really stands out is how organized and thoughtful she is. She created a clear, structured day-to-day plan for our sessions and even shared an Excel sheet so I can easily see and track what we're working on. Being able to visualize my progress keeps me motivated and accountable, and it shows how much she genuinely cares about helping me succeed. Her approach is incredible. There's absolutely no pressure or intimidation just steady encouragement, positivity, and motivation. She knows exactly when to push me and when to adjust, which makes every session both productive and enjoyable. We have fun, we laugh, but we also work hard going from lifting heavy to even heavier weights that I never imagined I would be able to do. I feel stronger both physically and mentally. On top of that the studio is not crowded. It's truly one-on-one, and the focus is completely on you. The entire team at Studio Flex is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The environment feels supportive, comfortable, and uplifting, which makes showing up something I genuinely look forward to.     I'm on my 12th week with Randy and I have lost 35 lbs -- and it's the BEST thing I have ever done!…read more I initially was only a nutritional client, but after losing 4.8 lbs the first week, I wanted to ramp it up and joined as a training client. For most of my life, I was obese and I had resigned from ever dieting again. One mention of the word "diet" and it made me want to eat. Working out didn't last long either -- I wouldn't see results and then I would throw in the towel. Or I would lose weight, only to gain it back. After the first week, however, I felt like I was given something versus having something taken away. I was empowered. I felt like someone was actually listening to me and my body type. Randy understands it isn't a "one size fits all", but a more customized and individualized solution. He gave me parameters on how many calories and macronutrients to eat, based on my body composition... and do I dare say it has been easy??! I'm not hungry and actually eat less than I am allowed, and I don't feel deprived. Furthermore, in our supersized country, I feel I am finally learning moderation. Training wise, I'm able to do things I've never fathomed before. I have had trainers in the past, but I would grow bored and feel like I'm doing the same dreadful exercise with little results. Randy knows your strengths and weaknesses. He knows how to keep it exciting. He doesn't believe you should have to live in misery, but at same time he will find a way for you to reach your goal, enjoyably. That doesn't mean there isn't hard work -- it's all hard work.
