Unfortunately, I had a little accident while a couple hours from home. My car wasn't damaged too badly, but I was unable to drive it too far with dragging parts etc. Decided to take it here on the recommendation of Facebook friends - and so thankful I did. They kindly and quickly helped me out. Great people. If I still lived nearby and needed to, I would definitely use them again for any kind of body work. read more

I had a pretty bad accident with a pothole I thought my car could take (Subaru Crosstrek). Totally and absolutely wrecked the front side drivers side and the rim. The tow truck driver brought me to my Subaru dealership, it was late at night, he left her on the street outside and gave me Studio city Auto body's info. Nick met me the next morning, took my key, took my car to the shop and we waited for insurance (they were running slow- insurance not Nick), then beat the quote from insurance by 8 days. The people there are amazing, they explained things, they took care of my car and even offered to help me get window tinting at a decent rate on request. My job is stressful and I know for a lot of people life is stressful in general, and the guys here seriously helped me with every step, were communicative and just downright awesome. I'm recommend everyone here. read more

The team did a great job of repairing our car. It had lots of dings and the fron bumper was hanging on by a thread. It looks brand new! Definitely worth the price tag. We'll be coming to them if we need any future body work done. read more

They did a wonderful job repairing a scratch on my rear liftgate. I bought a brand new Subaru and the very next day scratched the rear hatchback door. Had the door open and pulled forward a few inches under the open garage door. Didn't realize the liftgate of this new car was much taller than my old car, hence the scratch. I felt like such a dummy... It wasn't long but was deep, right through the paint. Studio Custom was suggested to me by the dealership. I contacted the owner, Nick, and he was able to get me in a few days later. They kept the car for a couple of days, during which they filled the scratch and painted the area. They were able to mask off the area rather than having to repaint the entire door. (Another body shop wanted $1000 to remove the entire door and repaint it.) When I picked the car up, you couldn't tell there had ever been a scratch. I was very pleased and would gladly recommend them for future work. Nick explained that he doesn't like to take people's money for unnecessary repairs, and often discourages fixing small scratches that require expensive painting. They'll do it if you want, but you can expect a fair assessment from them about the cost vs. benefit. Give them a call. read more

Studio Custom Body Shop - The scratch they fixed for me. Right through the paint! - Body Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

Narbeh "Nick" and his crew are miracle workers! I smashed the rear bumper on my 2017 F250, damaging not only the bumper, but also the aluminum bed and backing sensor. Since it was my fault, I didn't make an insurance claim sucking up the repair cost without a spike in my premiums. Nick tried finding me a bumper off pick a part with no luck- trying to keep the cost down. He ordered me factory parts as my truck was perfect (minus my boneheaded backing). Next he prepared me for a possible costly side panel for my bed but had a talented welder do some great aluminum welding saving me over $2,000 on the bed! Nick's guys sanded and painted my factory chrome "Platinum" tailgate piece to match the body color. (To me the chrome was just too much!) I was SO EXCITED to see my truck look better than new! I could not see where the welding was done on the bed panel and the bumper is as good as new! I wish I still had a pick of the before to show how I damaged the bumper down to its frame and the bed. If you need any body work done- I could not be more supportive of Studio Custom! 10 Stars for customer service and quality of work! read more

Great place! It was my first time getting into a car accident with my front & back left doors and back left wheel & tire damaged. Universal Mitsubishi highly recommended this place. Boy I wasn't disappointed. The owner Nick made me feel at ease that everything is going to be alright and that my brand new car will come back looking like new. Studio Custom Body Shop definitely delivered. My car came back looking like it wasn't damaged at all and the paint job on the doors was the exact color as the original. What's more, Nick was responsive throughout the whole process. Always picking up the phone to give me an update on progress and he will make sure that any non-obvious internal damages (e.g. suspension parts, axles, etc.) are fixed. I highly recommend Studio Custom Body Shop to anyone who's looking to have their car body fixed. These guys are experts and definitely know what they're doing! read more

The shop and Nick were recommended to me for body work on my Subaru. And, I was not disappointed - Nick was very friendly, helpful, honest and knew what he was doing. I thought more bodywork needed to be done, replacing the front fender, however Nick showed me all that was needed was a minor part to fix it. The side panel which was damaged, Nick fixed it expertly - the paint matched perfectly, (one of Subaru's unique paints) and he gave me a great price. Also, I got the car detailed, which is amazing. Kudos to Nick and the Studio Custom Body Shop for their expert work. read more

First and foremost, I would like to take this time to thank Steve, Nick and his team at Studio Custom Body for their phenomenal work. I brought my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek to replace my front bumper due to a hit and run. They upheld their word as to the time frame my vehicle would be completed by. The job was fantastic, not to mention their impeccable professionalism. They delegated all the required paperwork with my insurance company, offering a friendly demeanor by the entire team. I rate this establishment 5 stars. Studio custom body now has a life long customer. Thank you for repairing my vehicle and for such a pleasant experience! You guys are awesome :) read more

My wife and I recently had our second fender-bender and went back to Studio Custom for bodywork. Our second experience with Nick and the team was just as good as our first a few months earlier. Nick and his crew are highly professional and skilled. They do excellent work...after the repairs we couldn't tell that there had been any damage at all. They are also very quick as in both instances we had my wife's car ready in less than two days. In addition, Studio Custom offers great value. We had gotten a few estimates to see what the price range would be, and Studio came in the lowest. In fact, one of the other shops wanted to charge us 5x what Studio did. Overall we got an excellent job done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Nick and the team at Studio Custom. I should also mention that we were originally referred them by Subaru of Glendale, where we originally bought the car. We felt great about that. If they're good enough for Subaru to trust, they're good enough for us. read more

These guys know how to turn a frown upside down. Thought I had messed up my wife's 2 day old brand new car by doing "guy stuff" to it and some how managed to scratch the hell out of the hood, but have me know worry because Nick and his team did their magic and me happy now. On a serious note, very professional, reliable, and fair. Thank you again. read more

Nick and Steve are the best. They always take care of us and offer great deals compared to other mechanic shops in the area.

I chose to try out Studio Custom Body Shop based on Steve's excellent reputation. They used to be located in Toluca Lake on Riverside Drive near my home, but it was worth driving a few extra minutes over to Glendale. They put on a rare Audi Sport OEM carbon fiber body body kit, titanium exhaust, and a special brake cooling kit to help get my car ready for the track. All work was done with great precision and care. I would definitely use them again should the need arise. Steve and Nick are the real deal. read more

I went to Studio Custom in Glendale after asking my mechanic for a good place to repair my van. Needed body work after a small accident. The car turned out like new. Nick did extra work at no charge to boot. He is easy to communicate (always answers the phone) and attentive to your requests. Car took as few extra days but was worth the wait. Studio Custom is AAA approved and all went very smooth with the insurance co. I would recommend this shop to my friends. read more

"I have to say that I have never ever dealt with such a professional auto body shop in my life, and I am not a young chicken any longer. This company is fantastic. From the moment I obtained the estimate which I felt was lower than I expected, to the emails notifying me of each step of the process, to even have the owner drive my new vehicle to my front door, how can anyone compare. My truck is beautiful and not some quick paint job. Fantastic, they have been around for over 20 years I think and I can see why. Thank you so much Steve Thank you so much Nick, I really mean it. I actually have not been to this shop yet, however they have my car which was involved in a forklift accident. Nick and his crew took care of my 2005 Toyota 4Runner when it got hit at 2 am along Desoto Ave. by a drunk driver. Unfortunately, the lady that hit my car had a terrible insurance and I had a hard time looking for a body shop that can work with insurance companies without any hassle. The quality of work done to my car has far exceeded my expectations and now it looks brand new again. I was looking into trading in my car after this but after seeing what they did I changed my mind and decided to keep it. Thanks Nick G. read more

Nick is very knowledgeable and the work his guys performed on my car is just outstanding!!! Thank you for all the hard work.

I randomly drove into this body shop looking for help with my car's side mirror that was hanging on by a wire. Someone walked up to me right away and offered a quick fix on the spot. Fast forward a few weeks and I went back to finally have it replaced. I expected to pay much more than what they quoted which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise! A few days later I went to have my new side mirror put on and by that time my rear view mirror decided to fall off!! (from the heat I was told) After replacing my new side mirror, he also fixed my rear view mirror free of charge. They basically have a new loyal customer and I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!! Thx guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
