After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". There were unresolved issues left unaddressed, visible overspray, and now--at the very first visit to another shop after getting my car back--it was discovered that multiple parts were never reinstalled at all. This is not a minor oversight. Missing components were only revealed because another professional inspected the vehicle, which raises serious concerns about the quality control and safety of the repairs performed here. They are pleasant and accommodating at first, but unfortunately that does not translate into competent or thorough workmanship. Each visit resulted in additional problems that should never have left the shop unresolved. Under no circumstances should you trust this facility with your vehicle. I am leaving this review publicly until they make this right, and I will be pursuing the matter through small claims court if necessary. If you value proper repairs, attention to detail, and accountability, take your business elsewhere.
