As anyone who has damaged a car they care about can understand, I felt terrible about it for several days. Driving without a side mirror was also surprisingly uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe. Over the weekend, I searched Yelp for several body shops and decided to visit a few of them on Monday. The first shop I went to gave me an estimate that honestly shocked me. Then I decided to drive a little farther and try GAD. I noticed that GAD had an almost unbelievable 5.0-star rating, and now I completely understand why. Arthur, the owner, personally came out to speak with me. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, straightforward, and genuinely honest. It has been a long time since I have met a business owner who made such a sincere impression on me. He checked the parts and pricing on his computer right in front of me and gave me an estimate that was far more reasonable than I expected. Even better, the car was repaired perfectly in just one day. But what impressed me most was what happened beyond the repair itself. Arthur and his team didn't simply fix the damaged mirror. Without my even asking, they checked other small details around the car, cleaned everything beautifully, and returned my Mercedes looking almost like a new car again. That kind of care and pride in one's work is very rare these days. Going to GAD turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I went there looking for someone to repair my car, but I honestly feel as though I also made a good friend. Some people may look at a perfect 5.0 rating and wonder if it can really be true. After my experience, I can say that GAD has earned it. If you ever have a problem with your car, I strongly recommend visiting GAD before making a decision anywhere else. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, outstanding service, honesty, and genuine respect for customers -- this is what a great body shop should be. Arthur, thank you again for taking such good care of both my car and me. I truly appreciate it.

After quite an extensive search, I found this place with tons of pictures of EV work done including Mach-E, Tesla, and a few others. So I brought my Taycan here. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage, their service from start to finish was super painless and easy to work with. The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly, and most of all, they took care of all the paper work and back-and-forth with at-fault party's insurance company so I didn't have to do anything other than picking up the car. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage this time, I would still recommend this place to others.

He handled a majority of the back and forth which made working with him more pleasant than us having to communicate with two separate parties. We are very happy with his work, we believe his prices are very reasonable and our car looks like new again. Cosmetically the car looked OK but I wanted the sensor issue resolved. I went to my "usual" shop thinking they could reassemble everything. I was quoted $2,300 which included a new bumper cover, paint, etc etc. . . I then went to my insurance company's "preferred" shop. The service writer quoted me $4,300 without even bending over to look at the damage. Upon my brother's recommendation I took the car to David at Elegant Body Shop, which is where I should have gone in the first place. David took the time to thoroughly look at the car and provided me several options for repair. Within 3 hours the damage to the bumper was completely repaired and a short time later the sensor was reconnected and reset. All for a price well below the quotes I received at the other shops. I was so impressed with how smoothly my wife's repair was, I immediately gave him my car to repair. Another "disagreement" with a parking stop. Just like my wife's car, David provided repair options then professionally and quickly put my car back together. Again for less than what I was expecting. Thank you David at Elegant Body Shop for your honesty and great service. I recommend this shop enthusiastically and without any reservation.
