I cannot recommend George and Studio City Auto Collision enough!! I had an accident and had zero time to deal with it and kind of fell upon George as I was driving by... I literally pulled up to the curb to ask him if they had time to squeeze me in and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful in scheduling me for the very next day and stayed on top of my insurance company (who took over a week to get the assessment done!?) It turned out the accident did more damage than we had originally thought, but they worked so fast to get my car ready! He dealt with my insurance and made it very light lifting for me (which I sooo appreciate!!) When I picked up my car, she looked brand new and they even detailed it for me... (and he actually told me when I came to pick up, "this was coincidental to the accident, but do not drive this car anywhere but to your closest mechanic because you need new brakes and I can't help you with that, but you need to stay safe!") ;) I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs auto body work done and will definitely be back when the time inevitably comes. I had a minor fender bender that required work on the front bumper of my CRV. I went here and spoke with both Jack and George. Since the other party was at fault, their insurance provided a very low estimate that would hardly cover the actual cost of repairs. The passenger side mirror on my Honda Civic was knocked off by someone in a parking lot hit and run.. the mirror with the camera in it too... the worst!! After searching for a mechanic + reading reviews online, I decided to go with Jack at Studio City Auto Collision for the repair. From the minute I met with him to the end, he was a man of his word and provides the BEST and most honest customer service! I came into the shop on a Thursday morning and he was able to order the mirror part right away and have it available for repair the next morning which was amazingly fast. When I came in on the actual repair day, it only took slightly over a half hour for the work to be completed and it looked good as new!! Everything was seamlessly done except for the fact that the new camera would not connect properly to the computer system in the car because only Honda dealerships have the right tools to program it. Jack and I both did not know about this issue prior to initiating the repair. Of course he felt awful after this discovery and offered to either refer me to his friend at a Honda dealership or return the whole new mirror and refund me all of my money. We ended up going with the Honda referral and it turned out to be an easy + quick fix that really saved me from working with any of the sleazy dealerships in the area and I am incredibly thankful for all of his help!! Fantastic body shop! My Porsche had the front bumper damaged due to another driver driving through a red light. AAA Southern California (who were excellent, btw) gave me a list of 10 recommended repairers, but none specialized in Porsche. I took it to Caliber Collision in Burbank due to their great reviews and them being on the list, but their guy there was honest and said that he'd love to do it, but they were not equipped to do a Porsche. AAA said they would work with other repairers, so I found Jack just down the road. When I drove up, he had two Porsches already in the shop, so I was confident that he would know what he was doing with my car. Jack worked directly with AAA, they agreed on the price, and sent him the check. I didn't have to pay anything. Not only that, but Jack went well beyond what was required. AAA paid him for a refurbished bumper, but he purchased a genuine OEM because it was the right thing to do. There was also a small bump on the back of the car. I asked him how much to fix it at the same time, and he said they would take care of it for free. When he called to tell me the car was ready, he said it looked "beautiful", obviously proud of his work. Picking it up, it really did look "beautiful", as good as new. The guys are true artisans who care about restoring cars to the best standard possible. Would definitely take my Porsche to them again if anything unfortunate happens to it in the future. read more

Seven years ago, I decided on Studio City Auto Collision after completing through online research of auto body shops in the southeast San Fernando Valley. Jack and George did the work. I was impressed enough to write a 5-star Yelp review back then, in 2012. Since that time, I've returned on several occasions mostly for damage done to my unattended vehicles in parking lots. My experience shows this to be quite common. Well, it happened again two weeks ago to my nearly new luxury car. An individual backed their mini-van into my driver's side door in the parking lot at work. I called Jack minutes after filing my claim with AAA. He and the adjuster had the appraisal set up the next day at Studio City Auto Collision. We scheduled the job to start a few days later, they finished two days ahead of their estimate and I picked up my car yesterday. The new paint was flawlessly blended matching their high standards. The car looked amazing! But Jack and George always go a step beyond whether it's finishing the work ahead of time or the free car wash after they finish the job. In this case, because I've been a repeat customer, they fixed a hard-to-see six-inch paint scratch on the other side of the car at no extra charge. Best costumer service I've experienced in years! I got rear ended a few weeks ago and was looking for a good auto shop in my area. I had stopped by here several months prior for advice about another car issue, and had been treated very well by Jack. So I decided to go back as I saw they had good reviews as well.
