Came here at the strong recommendation of a friend who needed collision repair for a very random request. What they do is they will provide you with a complimentary rental and also a complimentary tow for your car if it needs towing, drove my car here and dropped it off, they offered rental but I declined because I had my girl's car and they handles everything with the insurance from A-Z. Everything was hassle free and stress free. My damage on my car was the passenger side doors and that's not an easy fix, they gave it their best and overall I'm pleased with the work they did. The paint job was amazing and they even installed and swapped my old aftermarket parts out that got damaged at no cost. I appreciate that they valued my time and business. My experience here was far from GREAT or professional, I brought my car in with front bumper damage and left with my car in A MILLION PIECES, STOLEN PARTS while also having them force me to pay them 5,600 in cash. The men here take advantage of women who come in alone and need work on their car. They lied to my insurance, they lied to me , they stole parts from my car and tore it down with absolutely no authorization. I have a BMW 530i I was devastated at learning what they did to me because I really trusted them and considered them good people. They have a nice shop and I thought my car was in good hands I was terribly wrong.
