I called the number that was the original body shop I used and was very very happy with. The person…read moreanswering the number I called did not identify themselves as a body shop, much less a different one. It was only after I asked them a bunch of questions that I found out they are a new body shop, in the same location with the same phone #. I told them what I needed done and what I expected from their business if I were to give them the work to be done. The guy I spoke to said no problem, Ishmail said he would do everything I needed to make me happy. It was 3 things,: 1.come pick up my car, 2. agreed on the pricing terms and 3. to have my car cleaned when I pick it up. 1. It was agreed that they would come and pick up my car after 3 p.m. I had to keep calling them to find out the time because there was NO commitment of a time. I guess I was just supposed to wait around all day? finally, at 4:12 p.m. I messaged him again for an update. He got back to me and asked if around 630 p.m. would be o.k. I said fine because around 630 p.m. to me means close to that time....not 7 p.m... finally at 6:55 p.m. I message him saying that if he can't even manage coordinating a pick up without so much hassle, then I am fine with going to a different place and for him just to let me know. finally, the tow guy showed up...down the street, I went out to the street looking for him because Ishmail told me he was there. 2. this was the only item that was completed as we agreed to. 3. When I went to go and pick up my car, nobody knew anything about it and.....my car was FILTHY!!! it was dirtier than when they picked it up. there was so much dust and dirt everywhere and the windows had to be cleaned, just so that I could drive it and see safely. My question is WHY would a business hand you back your car dirtier than how it was to begin with and think it was o.k.? I was really really annoyed and pissed. It's taken me until now (4 days.) to be calm enough to write a fair review so that people might know what to expect dealing with this business. The photos I had taken of my car when I got home weren't the best to show how dirty it was because of the sunlight. However, you can see, the difference on the windshield, where it is Clean...on the glass and how the rest of the glass is, that did NOT get cleaned on the front. That is how dirty the entire car was! The side and back glass was cleaned only because I had asked one of the employees working there if he had a cloth and cleaning solution I could use to clean the glass so that I could see out. I had 100 percent intended to clean it myself, but of course, once I asked him, he was kind enough to do it for me, I think he realized how damn dirty the car was and probably felt sorry for me. So, to sum it up, - Yes, the work was done to our satisfaction, Yes for the terms agreed upon. - It was a pain coordinating pick up, having to bug them to come out and the "after 3 p.m. " pick up was finally finalized and was much later than suggested. - The car was extremely DIRTY. they gave my car back to me dirtier than how they got it. I took it to a $6. car wash and got the outside taken care of myself. I could of lived with the hassle of the pick up but the dirty car was the final straw that motivated me to write a review. Supposedly, my car was finished the day b4 with repair work. so....with all of that extra time...they couldn't of had it cleaned it for $6. car wash and a quick vacuum? I wasn't expecting detail work but common really?

Let me know he can be here first thing in the morning. He showed up on time & charged me reasonably. So convenient because I wouldn't be able to drive the car because it smelled so bad. Definitely would recommend him. He also checked to see if the rat had chewed through any wires and confirmed he didn't. He could've lied and told me he could replace the wires. He was honest helpful. I appreciate him. He really cleaned my ventilation system and provided me some Lysol and told me where I can keep spraying so the ventilation system doesn't smell. If this ever happens to you guys, he is a person to call and also I would recommend peppermint oil after getting the dead animal out.
