Worn motor mounts, problems with ABS wiring, AC blower motor failure and etc.) Sergio's Auto Repair will do a quality repair that is up to professional dealership standards while using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Having owned three cars, I have learned that quality repairs with OEM parts are always better in the long term because you will pay less for repairs due to OEM parts being specifically fitted for your vehicle and are made with a higher quality standard when compared with Non-OEM part sellers. For example, in all of my repairs done with Sergio's Auto Repair they have used OEM parts and always explain the parts used and warranties that come with the replacement OEM parts. Due to the higher quality standard that OEM parts have, I have yet to require a part replacement or warranty claim due to OEM part failure. Sergio's Auto Repair also explains exactly how long the warranty lasts to save you on having to pay double for doing the same repair, if the part does fail in the future and is covered under the warranty specifications and warranty period. My story is long but I'll make it short my son went to a LA on his was home he broke down near Sergio's auto repair he took the car their Robert was nice at first saying he will help and charge reasonable price just to help. We agreed to the repairs and got the work done. My son went back 1 week later to pick up the car since we live in northern cali. Upon picking up the car it ran decent one week later car broke down I called and told Robert the problem happened again, he then advised for me to take the car to a local mechanic which I did the local mechanic said the part was used or a very cheap part. upon notifying Robert what the local mechanic said he became rude. Today March 5th I called and asked Robert for the invoice of where he purchased the parts from he became rude and aggressive he stated he cannot provide that information and to stop harassing him. The saddest part is he's SALVADORIAN Just like me. Robert is very shady and unprofessional Please stay away from this place. They are great! Needed to get an oil change and replace the front brake rotors and pads on my 2007 Mazda 3 2.0. I ordered all the parts, oil filter, oil, etc ahead of time. Called and asked for a quote. After they gave it to me I called around to a few other shops. Sergios was within $10 of the cheapest place I could find and since I liked them from the alignment on my Traverse I thought there was value to pay the slightly higher price. I had been procrastinating doing this for a few weeks now but turns out a family friend needed to borrow the car, today. Day before Fourth of July. Knowing the car needed this work I needed to find someone to do it today. Called at 2:15 and they said yes we can do it today but you have to bring it in now. A lot of other shops would have said no bring it in on the 5th. The fact they accepted us, did the work, and had everything dine within 2 hours is why I'll keep bringing my vehicles for service and repairs when I'm too busy/lazy/dont have the right tools to do it myself. Plus they are 2nd generation family owned business. They wife who works the office portion and I spent time talking about our kids while her husband the manager and J spent time talking about cars. We happened to have car trouble last weekend due to our radiator overheating and was referenced over by a gentleman at jiffy lube to get our car checked out at this repair shop. Thankfully, we were able to be taken in and still enjoy a vacation with our family at universal studios. We were helped by Roberto whom was very professional and authentic in the whole process of diagnosing, fixing our car. He even offered to give us a ride to our hotel which was a very nice gesture on his behalf but knew that it was the end of the day and didn't want to inconvenience him in any way. I was prepared to walk home with my dog 1.6 miles but then he told me it'll be about 20 minutes and BAM!- they got right to it and it was done! We were on a road trip and had some trouble with our car. As soon as we drove up Robert greeted us. We explained our situation stating that we were supposed to be on the road again the next to head back home. Robert litterally spent hours trying to analyze our car and called multiple places to order parts for our car instantly so we could be on the road. Can I say outstanding service??? Maaaan! These guys are great! It's hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop now a days. I am always iffy about taking my car to a new mechanic I've never met. But these guys delivered! I pulled up, was greeted by a friendly staff, I kind of walked in on Robert while he was having his lunch, and we all now how annoying it is when a customer walks up on you or requests something while you're on break haha, but Robert didn't mind, kept it 100 with me. Him and his staff quickly started to work on my car, I came in to install a new set of spark plugs. The job was finished fast and well! And guess what! He offered me half off on an oil change for being a first time customer!! What?!! Who does that now a days??!! This shop Is for the people I'll tell you that much. Our Toyota Prius freaked out on the 5--every possible warning light turned on simultaneously. (You'd think the car was about to self-destruct.) Luckily we found Sergio's. Robert ran diagnostics and it turns out there was nothing wrong with our car. He cleared the Prius' computer and sent us on our way, and our return trip to San Francisco was uneventful.
