Well months went by and I was pumping gas when Kevin (I believe that's his name, I'm sorry if I'm wrong) came up to me and was so polite and not pushy at all, just simply told me about Central Collision Center and that he works for them and that they could give me a great deal on repairing the front end of my car. I had been praying for a solution for awhile but I'm not good with car repairs so I wasn't really sure where to begin. I felt it right away that this was absolutely the answer I had been seeking. I brought my car in a week later and met Ben, and we discussed my options. The office was so clean and inviting and they offered me water! They were so amazing in explaining exactly what needed to be done and why it was so crucial that I got it fixed (I didn't realize). Sure enough I left my car there on the spot, and about a month later came back to a BRAND NEW LOOKING car! They went above and beyond and fixed so much more than what I expected. They hand inspected the car and fixed the side fenders that were also damaged, got the alignment on all 4 tires perfect, and did a spruce up on my car air conditioner. My insurance wasn't being the easiest and yet they never dragged me into it and handled everything for me so I wouldn't feel stressed or worried whatsoever. When I pulled up to pick up the car, they were finishing up vacuuming the interior. I couldn't believe that they were even going to the lengths of fully washing it inside and out just to make sure that it looked practically brand new when I got it returned to me. This is so much more than I could've ever asked for and I honestly almost cried when I saw how perfect my car was when picking it up. Ben even gave me a free air freshener for the car so that it would even smell brand new when driving it off the lot. AMAZING! They were so reasonable and understanding with my situation, and I was always able to communicate with Ben and get updates on the status of the car! I truly felt like they cared and that goes so unbelievably far with me. I'm getting married in 2 months, and this is the best wedding gift!!! Such a huge burden has been lifted off of my chest. Thank you again and again and again for your incredibly professional and well ran business. I truly wish that all businesses offered the impeccable costumer services that you provided for me. The person who hit me offered to pay my repairs cash, so I went around my area and got quotes from 3 shops near me. Kings of Body quoted me the best price. On top of that, they were extremely patient, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Being a young girl and finding car help on my own, it can be really daunting to figure things out and trust that my best interest is being looked out for. Sev (who I believe is the manager) was so extremely kind and caring in helping me resolve my car issues. He even kept me updated from his personal phone for when the parts came in and when the repairs were about to be done. I really felt that I could trust him, and for that, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. To top it all off, my repairs were made super quickly. I dropped off Saturday morning and my car was ready by Monday afternoon. AND, they were even so very kind to buff out a few paint marks from various minor things I'd apparently hit lol. It was only after I asked them a bunch of questions that I found out they are a new body shop, in the same location with the same phone #. I told them what I needed done and what I expected from their business if I were to give them the work to be done. The guy I spoke to said no problem, Ishmail said he would do everything I needed to make me happy. It was 3 things,: 1.come pick up my car, 2. agreed on the pricing terms and 3. to have my car cleaned when I pick it up. 1. It was agreed that they would come and pick up my car after 3 p.m. I had to keep calling them to find out the time because there was NO commitment of a time. I guess I was just supposed to wait around all day? finally, at 4:12 p.m. I messaged him again for an update. He got back to me and asked if around 630 p.m. would be o.k. I said fine because around 630 p.m. to me means close to that time....not 7 p.m... finally at 6:55 p.m. I message him saying that if he can't even manage coordinating a pick up without so much hassle, then I am fine with going to a different place and for him just to let me know. finally, the tow guy showed up...down the street, I went out to the street looking for him because Ishmail told me he was there. 2. this was the only item that was completed as we agreed to. 3. When I went to go and pick up my car, nobody knew anything about it and.....my car was FILTHY!!! it was dirtier than when they picked it up. there was so much dust and dirt everywhere and the windows had to be cleaned, just so that I could drive it and see safely. My question is WHY would a business hand you back your car dirtier than how it was to begin with and think it was o.k.? I was really really annoyed and pissed. It's taken me until now (4 days.) to be calm enough to write a fair review so that people might know what to expect dealing with this business. The photos I had taken of my car when I got home weren't the best to show how dirty it was because of the sunlight. However, you can see, the difference on the windshield, where it is Clean...on the glass and how the rest of the glass is, that did NOT get cleaned on the front. That is how dirty the entire car was! The side and back glass was cleaned only because I had asked one of the employees working there if he had a cloth and cleaning solution I could use to clean the glass so that I could see out. I had 100 percent intended to clean it myself, but of course, once I asked him, he was kind enough to do it for me, I think he realized how damn dirty the car was and probably felt sorry for me. So, to sum it up, - Yes, the work was done to our satisfaction, Yes for the terms agreed upon. - It was a pain coordinating pick up, having to bug them to come out and the "after 3 p.m. " pick up was finally finalized and was much later than suggested. - The car was extremely DIRTY. they gave my car back to me dirtier than how they got it. I took it to a $6. car wash and got the outside taken care of myself. I could of lived with the hassle of the pick up but the dirty car was the final straw that motivated me to write a review. Supposedly, my car was finished the day b4 with repair work. so....with all of that extra time...they couldn't of had it cleaned it for $6. car wash and a quick vacuum?
