If I could give an infinite amount of stars I would. I got into a little fender bender back in September, where I accidentally tapped the car in front of me, and figured it wasn't a big deal because it was all aesthetic damage in my head and the car ran fine. Well months went by and I was pumping gas when Kevin (I believe that's his name, I'm sorry if I'm wrong) came up to me and was so polite and not pushy at all, just simply told me about Central Collision Center and that he works for them and that they could give me a great deal on repairing the front end of my car. I had been praying for a solution for awhile but I'm not good with car repairs so I wasn't really sure where to begin. I felt it right away that this was absolutely the answer I had been seeking. I brought my car in a week later and met Ben, and we discussed my options. The office was so clean and inviting and they offered me water! They were so amazing in explaining exactly what needed to be done and why it was so crucial that I got it fixed (I didn't realize). Sure enough I left my car there on the spot, and about a month later came back to a BRAND NEW LOOKING car! They went above and beyond and fixed so much more than what I expected. They hand inspected the car and fixed the side fenders that were also damaged, got the alignment on all 4 tires perfect, and did a spruce up on my car air conditioner. My insurance wasn't being the easiest and yet they never dragged me into it and handled everything for me so I wouldn't feel stressed or worried whatsoever. When I pulled up to pick up the car, they were finishing up vacuuming the interior. I couldn't believe that they were even going to the lengths of fully washing it inside and out just to make sure that it looked practically brand new when I got it returned to me. This is so much more than I could've ever asked for and I honestly almost cried when I saw how perfect my car was when picking it up. Ben even gave me a free air freshener for the car so that it would even smell brand new when driving it off the lot. AMAZING! They were so reasonable and understanding with my situation, and I was always able to communicate with Ben and get updates on the status of the car! I truly felt like they cared and that goes so unbelievably far with me. I'm getting married in 2 months, and this is the best wedding gift!!! Such a huge burden has been lifted off of my chest. Thank you again and again and again for your incredibly professional and well ran business. I truly wish that all businesses offered the impeccable costumer services that you provided for me. This was my second time back to central collision. My back bumper had some bad scratches and paint peeling. The amazing job and service I received is the reason for writing this review. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the bumper but you can't even notice the blending of the paint! Then to top it off, they did an extra service without a charge and cleaned my dingy yellow headlights, not only does it look clean but it looks brand-new off the showroom clean! OK here it Goes This is a warning to help keep yourself and your car safe. Please share to everyone. Feel free to tag people. This was a huge learning experience and I'm seriously so disgusted and upset. Lets start from the beginning. On Friday July 22th 2016 just after 7pm I left work in studio city. I was heading home when I got into a bad car accident at Woodman and Moorpark. Like 5 to 6 blocks from work. Everyone involved was ok the gentleman I hit was more concerned about me. I called my wife Debbie she was approximately an hour away as a fire was raging causing some traffic issues. I then called the manager of the store I was working at as my phone was dying and I had never been in such a wreck and didn't know what to do. With everyones help I reached out to State Farm told them what happened we went through everything they set up a tow but didn't give me any of their approved collision centers so I said well the cars only a week old can it get towed to my dealership. My wife showed up so we sat in her car and then I got an automated message saying my tow truck should be there in 45 mins. Well after an hour I get another automated messages saying that tow truck company was to busy so a new one would be there in about an hour. I called state Farm and they were trying to find out what was going on and had me on hold. Here's where I made a series of mistakes. A tow truck pulled up I asked are you from State Farm he said yes. (have them tell you who sent you don't give that information) I hung up on State Farm Tow truck driver asked where I wanted it towed I told him Mazda and where my dealership was located. He told me Oh we brought a car there yesterday they always refuse the car. I was like then where the heck am I going to send it. He's like there's a great shop up the road, gives me a card and pamphlet, I won't get charged towing, I get a free rental and I don't have to pay my deductible. Something felt off but I was shooken up and exhausted. I said ok. He then says he's going to cancel the tow and to ignore the automated call. Well my phone rang 4 times I finally answered I was on my way home. They asked if my car had been towed I said yes. So now it's Saturday morning I'm trying to arrange a rental car and deal with everything. I call State Farm tell them where the car is an give them another statement. I call the collision center to make sure my cars there and to get more information about their process. I get referred to call Ben on a cell phone. I still really don't get the information I need but vague promises. I go get a rental car from enterprise. Now we're into Monday and I get a strange call asking if my car was ever towed. I'm very confused and I say yes and where it is again this seems odd but someone is supposed to call me to set up an appointment to look at it. Tuesday still nothing I call State Farm they tell me it could be 7 days before someone looks at it. I'm like oh no no no. I need my car. So I call our agent. I tell her everything she tells me of an accredited shop and gets a hold of claims. I call the accredited shop to get a feel for it. They were awesome. So he calls the shop where the car is. He's told they already have parts and authorization. Umm I never signed anything. I get ahold of State Farm I've been scammed. The collision center is holding my car hostage for thousands of dollars in fees. Some of the fees make sense but the others are inflated fees. The other auto body shop guy almost fell off his chair. I had to threaten to call police, state Farm negotiated with them and hopefully my car will be picked up tomorrow morning. See what happens is these crocks listen on CB radios for crashes, then go out pretending they are supposed to pick up your car, talk you into a place to bring it then hold it hostage, charging huge fees, some cars are not recovered, please be safe this is apparently a big crime spree in LA County and they are known as Bandits. I don't ever want to see this happen to anyone else. I've owned my car for a week and a half. They knew they could get Alot of money out of this so they went for it. Hands down the best repair shop I have ever been to. To say that they took care of me would be an understatement. They helped coordinate the best time for me to drop off my car, set up a rental, and then proceeded to repair and detail my car to the point it looked like I just drove it off the lot. The repair work was above and beyond and so was customer support. If I need any repairs to my car in the future, I will definitely be going to Central Collision Center!! read more

Wouldn't recommend this shop unless your prepared too be lied too and they'll try and rip you off trust me. So I got into a minor accident that damaged my door and side panel above the right front tire. I bring it in here and at first they tell me it'll be done with in a week so I left it there for a two days and had too pick it up cuz of emergency and they tried charging me $1000 in storage fees FOR IT JUST SITTING THERE FOR TWO DAYS!! So the owner tells me bring the car back and get it fixed here and we won't charge you the storage fees so to avoid paying that I bring it back after my insurance company okayed everything and mailed them the check the same day I drop it off. Now the owner tells me it's gonna take two wells too fix and gives me a rental for two weeks, so two weeks go by and I call to check on the car the parts manager tells me they havent gotten the part yet. So I call the next day and he says there finally there and all they gotta do is paint them and put them on and asks for another week just too get that done. Ridiculous. I call again the next day or two days after now the parts manager and owner are both telling me they haven't gotten the parts at all. Every time I called they kept giving me more bullshit after bullshit and kept changing the story every time I called. So now it's been over a month for minor damage that was only supposed too take a week too fix took them more than a month too get it done. You would think it'd be perfect after taking three times as long too fix it than they originally told me but nope the side panel sticks out a little bit so they obviously didn't fix it right. Too sum this place up there staff sucks and had no idea what's going on with the cars or parts and just make things up too get the customers off the phone. Too make thing worse Just a couple days ago I noticed that my 90 dollar bottle of Versace cologne was gone. Wouldn't recommend this place too anyone read more
